This screen protector has excellent paper -like texture, and it makes writing with an apple pencil a very pleasant experience. The item was easy to apply, reduces glare very well and provides enough friction to replicate paper pretty accurately. The touch fidelity alto seems good- I can't really tell the difference between iPad glass and this glass other than that the tip of the pencil is more controllable. I will also add that right after installation, I did also see a white dust on the screen protector, and I think it was because the screen protector is pretty abrasive and removed some dead skin cells. The residue wiped off easily and has not recurred. I recommend this item. ... show more

I wasn’t sure which brand’s paper-like screen protector would be best, but I’m so glad I chose this one. The feel is perfect, and it’s completely smudge free. Applying it was extremely easy and it left no bubbles! It’s thick and durable but doesn’t effect the responsiveness of the iPencil. I didn’t use the plastic frame that it came with, just the protector, because I’m not certain why it’s there in the first place. I’m glad it came with 2 so I have a backup in case anything happens to it ... show more

I bought this for my ipad air 10.9 inch. The instructions were easy to understand. No residual bubbles as you can see in the pics. I love the sand paper feel like a notebook. Infact it served the purpose of writing that I bought it for. Overall a very nice product.

I just received a tablet and wanted something for screens. This has the best matte texture I've tried. I haven't tried Paper-Like, and their's is expensive just for PET plastic. But I've tried ScreenArtist and hALaoCom's. But those are PET plastic as well, selling it for a lot of money. So I thought, "I know they sell Tempered Glass protectors, but I wonder if it's Matte." I Searched and found some. There are others out there on Amazon. What made me settle on this one was that fact that it came with 2 Screens and Lens protector. Mostly because I didn't' have to buy a lens protector separately; I saved money by buying their bundle. I watched the video when putting the screen on and I had air bubbles so I lifted it like the video explain, which got rid of the bubbles, but now the edges weren't completely set. So I am glad it came with two. The second time was better, and I had air bubbles again, but just use the good ole "Credit Card Squeegee Method" It's tried and tried and worked. So if you do get this one, don't follow the videos instruction with lifting it up again to get rid of bubble. At first I wanted something removable to see the colors better, but after trying ScreenArtist's screen and Halaocom's Screen. And their surface wasn't as matte, and still felt really smooth. Esanik's is really nice, and I love the sounds it makes when writing and drawing. I like a rougher matte surface (compared to other brands) for drawing and this is perfect for me. I have a Zugu Case, and it fits it perfectly. Also, since I messed up the first one, and it felt like plastic, I wanted to make sure it was Tempered Glass. I don't recommend this, but I folded the screen and half to see what material it is and it was tough to bend, but when it did it made a loud high pitch sound, and the glass stayed intact but made I broken spider web pattern. So, it's really glass. I really don't have any complaints. They say lifetime warranty too, but haven't tried it yet, so don't know. It protects the screen. First off I want to say how easy it was to install on my 10th gen IPad. They include a plastic guide frame to place screen protector in for perfect placement. Frame says top that goes on side with camera. I only got to bubbles but lift up edge closest to them and they came out. It was so easy to install and 1st time I had screen protector with zero bubbles. The 1st 3 photos show 10th generation IPad with paper like screen protector. Last 2 photos show my old iPad with regular glass screen protector. I now have Apple Pencil and my old IPad regular glass screen protector is really slick to draw on. I thought I try paper like glass screen protector. I’m glad I did I love 💕 it. Glare is a lot less as you can see from my ceiling fan light in photos. Screen produces paper like feel while drawing. It does feel different to the touch; sort of like touching beach glass. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. Hope this helps you decide. ... show more

I've had this screen protector on my brand-new iPad pro for about a month now and it works ok, more or less. I only had the iPad for about a day before installing the screen protector, and there was always something weird about the way the Apple Pencil drew lines. I thought it was because of the iPad or the pencil, or maybe because I was running iOS 17 beta, and didn't give it much thought, but it was frustrating. I finally did some more digging and read somewhere that screen protectors can interfere, so I took it off to see if that helped, and it totally solved the problem (see attached screenshot for comparison). It's a little frustrating, and I think I might have to go and buy a thinner screen protector, because I've never had this problem with those before. But this one was SO EASY to install compared to anything I've used before. 😫 ... show more
