I was hesitant to purchase this sofa as it didn't have many reviews yet but I'm glad I did. It's exactly what I needed for a smaller room that is sometimes used as a guest room. It arrived in three boxes on the same day. Assembly was easy for one person in an hours time, nothing complicated, basically just screwing on legs, and sliding one piece on the next. It's firm but that's fine, we use a matress topper when we have company anyway. The media could not be loaded. Easy to assemble, easy to pull out bed, recommend getting a mattress topper for sleeping because it's not very comfortable to sleep on. Comfortable and spacious to sit on. Storage compartment is perfect for stowing pillows/blankets. Smaller than expected, but beautiful color and seems well made. UNCOMFORTABLE. In addition to being hard as a rock, the seat cushions are not deep enough. The chase is also too short. I’m 5’8” and my feet hang off the edge. If you like sleeping on a hardwood floor this couch is for you! Also, a PITA to assemble. I had to take some of the hardware off and flip around to be able to hook the armrest to the seats. Hopefully you won’t buy it and you’ll never know what exactly I’m talking about. Ugh. ... show more

I dislike absolutely nothing. But this should be labled as a dark grey....not blue/black i was scared seeing that but had to go to work so didnt have time to check. The box was a bit banged up and took FOREVER to arrive but im pleased with it. Assembly was.......u need to check the metal braces some were bent in too far and the screw holes were a bit on the tight side. It is a 2 person job to make sure all slides are aligned but i absolutely love it and it was worth the wait. ... show more

Purchased for my kids playroom- we needed seating and an extra bed for sleepovers. I do feel this is better suited for kids than adults. I would absolutely recommend that you add some sort of mattress topper for comfort - which is why I'm giving 4 stars. The couch comes in four packages, none of which are super heavy which is nice if you have to get it up stairs like us. Putting it together is pretty easy and straight forward, definitely easier with three people. The instructions are all pictures but do the job.
