This is the second gazebo we have owned in 3 years. The first was a different brand. This was more difficult to assemble as you have to screw all of the pieces together so working on the “roof” you are working a lot above your head which is difficult. The other one had the pin locking system which was much easier. This one is also only 12x10 at the corner overhang. The posts are more like 11x9. Posts are not very heavy and I suspect we will have trouble in the wind. We will try to screw it down to the deck. The screens attach on the outside which may not be a big deal but ours is snug around the deck so trying to work from the outside was difficult. I would put the curtain rail on once you assemble the B/C and D/E pieces otherwise, again you are working above your head on the outside of the canopy. The drainage grommets seem like we will just get wet if we try to use it in the rain. We are hoping to get a more permanent solution so hopefully this lasts the year. It’s not all bad, just comparing to the first we had. The rotating corner for the canopy is awesome and makes putting the top on much easier. Will update after a rain or storm 😬 ... show more

We like the color and design. The curtains are great. The way this canopy is constructed makes it wind resistant However, it takes two people three hours to put it together because the directions are not well written.

This is just a preliminary "feedback", more to come after settling with seller on a defect. We purchased this gorgeous canopy on June 22, 2022. It arrived July 6th, 2022. The box was a shambles, to hold it together, they cellophane wrapped it and it was still wide open on one end. Early morning on the 7th, my husband and I, both retired and still very capable of assembling this purchase, began our project. The directions were non vocabulary descriptive. The pictures were enough to be able to assemble. All the parts necessary except 72 pieces of part N. Everything went smoothly and we were looking forward to being finished within 20 minutes. After placing the main, large canopy cover over the top, we found a hole, due to lack of stitching and more area's ready to create holes because of lack of stitching. There was a stain and a seam that was not sewn shut. This is a huge disappointment! Seller is contacted, we requested a replacement. I took pictures from start to finish, box and all. I believe if the replaced canopy cover is created with quality and care, this will turn out to be stunning and we will highly recommend this product. The frame is very good, strong, stable construction with bolts. There are holes in the base plates for screws to anchor the frame for additional stability. The fabric thickness is quite acceptable. The stitching is honestly-awful!! This is the worst stitching I’ve ever seen. I’m pretty certain, if we can come to a positive settlement with the seller, I will find a way to reinforce the stitching. If the seller sends a replacement- my review would ring bells and fireworks of happiness. Tune-in for hopefully a happy ending to this experience. Seller claims they do not have 72 pieces of part N available to them. We are supposed to wait until they receive them, then they will send them out. Still suggesting we sew the holes on the large canopy!!! Reminder, without the part N- we can NOT hang the screen or curtains. It remains simply a roof and nothing else!!! Update: July 17th almost one month since delivery. NO REPLACEMENT CANOPY AND STILL CAN NOT HANG CURTAINS OR SCREENS BECAUSE I DID NOT RECEIVE THE 72 PIECES NECESSARY TO DO THAT!!! 08-02-2022 It’s been awhile since my last post, but I now have good news We were sent a new canopy and the 72 pieces needed to hang both curtain and screen. I can not believe it. I was relentless, I begged and sent a picture showing what we were stuck with. I’m recalling my claim now that they full filled their responsibilities. I will NEVER PURCHASE FROM A THIRD PARTY SELLER AGAIN!!!! ... show more

We bought this 2 years ago now as a temporary solution thinking it wouldn't even last a year. We screwed it down to our deck and it hasn't moved. We also remove the roof when there's heavy wind or storms and for the winter. I wish there was a replacement roof canopy for sale so we could continue enjoying this product ... show more

Very satisfied with this gazebo. My wife help me complete the installation and couldn't wait to place here accessories under it. Follow the instructions. I had to use 3 people plus myself to stand up the framework but it turned out well.

It was beautiful, I loved all the extra details like the netting and curtain tracks being separate and the not flat roof. It's a little time consuming to put together, especially the curtain hanging proccess but it's totally worth it. The only critque/advice I have that the main legs are hollow so I'd fill them with sand or something once assembled or mostly assembled. Even after staking it down the wind blew it away and because it's made of pop metal it was too bent/damaged to reassemble. Also maybe buy some weights for the curtains if you plan to keep the curtains closed while in use but that's much less of an issue. I miss having this thing it was so lovely. Also I wish it came in black ... show more
