I purchased this product in Fall 2025. While it looks good aesthetically, the quality is extremely poor. If I could give it a negative rating, I would rate it a -5. I have a degree in construction, building design, and installation, and this was one of the most difficult products I have ever assembled. The sheet metal is thin, low-gauge, and overly flexible. Many of the pre-drilled holes do not align, and the instructions are terrible—there is no written guidance, only confusing diagrams with steps presented out of order. In several instances, parts had to be removed after installation just to proceed to the next step. Component identification is unclear, particularly with panels and multiple screw types that only work with specific pieces. The rain guards came loose during installation, and the edging bent over the winter. At approximately 75% completion, I discovered that incorrect parts had been supplied, including a missing support column. I contacted the company (based in China), and the customer support was very poor, and communication was slow, and they required photos and a detailed explanation of the issue. It took two months to receive replacement parts, which arrived during the winter. Instead of sending the single missing support bar, they shipped an entire box of unnecessary components. Parts did not align with each other, the support bars require bending them as to fit with the pre-drilled holes. The rain gutters would not stay in place during installation—I had to tape them to the panels to prevent them from falling off. The roofing material is also thin and poorly manufactured, contributing to the alignment issues. The whole gazebo moved and shifted when 75% complete and remains unstable and could risk falling. This is one of the worst products I have ever purchased. I strongly recommend not purchasing this product or doing business with this company. Unfortunately, it is now too late for me to return it. The final roof panels still do not align with adjacent panels, pre-drilled holes, or roof rafters. The entire process has been extremely frustrating—from assembly to dealing with the manufacturer. Buyer beware.

The gazebo took multiple hours to setup with several people. I should have requested a return shortly after receiving it. We got a minor wind storm and one of the grommets holding the screen and outer curtain ripped out. The seller was unable to replace it and offered a $30 credit in lieu of a replacement. They suggested I take it to a local tailor shop for repair. The gazebo gets extremely hot in the sun and we had to use a hanging fan that was low enough from the roof as to not blow the heat from the metal down onto the sitting area. We also purchased the winter cover for the gazebo and it also did not last a full season. That will be in another review. We had a wind storm come through in early spring and it took out a couple of the metal pieces holding the roof together. I contacted the seller to purchase replacement parts for the ones damaged and was told they do not sell replacement parts. I now have a gazebo with missing pieces that will not likely hold up. It lasted less than 8 months and I am now looking at having to replace the entire thing. Edit: One more wind storm this spring and all of the curtain ties ripped out. The low quality material of the curtains and netting is not good at all. The design of the curtains and netting could drastically be improved. By putting the curtain and netting outside the corner posts, they would hold up better in wind. Be aware of these things before choosing this brand. I would not recommend it to anyone just based on the customer service I have received from the company and the quality issues of the product.

I don't like this gazebo at all. I owned the previous model (same exact one, Erommy 10x13) which got destroyed this winter, so I needed a replacement. So I bought the same exact one, given that I was happy with the previous one (it lasted for 7-8 years). For starters it doesn't have the same footprint. My old gazebo was screwed into the patio pavers, so I was really hoping that the new one would have the same footprint but it didn't, it is 2-3 inches narrower! So there goes my patio pavers, they now have holes. The whole thing was harder to put together (parts didn't quite for, had to be forced, etc) , and most importantly, 4 J parts were cut incorrectly! I had to use the old panels from the old gazebo which had the right size, and I had to discard the 4 J parts from the new gazebo. Overall, this used to be a good product, but the new one is a piece of trash. I am never buying from this seller again.
