I absolutely LOVE my banner pictures!!! I ordered 2 for my daughter's quinceañera in December and I can't wait to display them! Super easy to assemble, very good quality material. I looked at a bunch of different, pop-up retractable banners before deciding on this one and I’m so glad I did! Most of the others kept telling me that my file size was too big, and this company let me submit a link so that they could download my file and it didn’t cost me any more headaches. I was texted a proof copy that I approved, and the order shipped within days, and plenty of time for my event. It’s really easy to put up, and it stays put and doesn’t fall over, and the whole thing fits into a lovely black carrying case. Great customer, service, fairly lightweight, definitely recommend them.

This was my first custom banner with this seller and was hesitant. Immediately after the order was placed, they noticed and notified me that the uploaded design was going to be a bit blurry and walked me through what needed to be done for a sharp final print. The order arrived on time, and the banner was clear and sharp. Although there was a flaw that did not keep the banner pole in place and steady. I contacted the seller about suggestions on how to fixed this issue. After providing them with a picture of the problem, they offered to redo the banner. Since the price, product quality and the customer service were all Excellent, this time I did not hesitate to place an order for a second banner and will continue ordering other banners from this seller.

I've never ordered a product like this before, and I was worried about quality and ease of submitting our own design. The process to submit a design was incredibly easy, and it printed so bright and crisp. The construction of the banner casing is high-quality, and it is super easy to set up and take down. It comes with a carrying case that is also high-quality. Highly recommend this, and will definitely order again.

That was fast!!!! Looks great in my opinion. Very portable and light. Easy to pull up, kinda tricky to get it to go down smoothly, you just have to pay attention to how it retracts. You get it. I did. Functions as intended and the hole in the back keeps it stable. I like it. Will order another one soon.
