I like the sturdiness of the poles and the tent fabric. And it's plenty tall enough for taller people to walk under it without having to duck. You do need multiple people to erect it - I'd say at least 3, maybe 4. We used it for the first time on a windy day and the sandbags worked perfectly to hold it in place. The tent came with lines to tie from rings on the tent fabric down to loops on the sand bags. It was easy to take down and collapse, and it fit easily back in the storage bag. I do have some concerns with the longevity of the storage bag as others have mentioned. Day one, one of the feet broke off (rivets broke), but we have a rivet gun and will try to repair it. The zipper feels a little cheap, but as long as we're careful when using it I think it will be alright. There was room to spare in the bag even - I was able to store a 10x20 sun shade I bought to use as a partial wall for this thing inside the bag as well. If you're interested search for sunblock shade cloth with grommets. It's a great addition for this shelter.

We live in central Florida so we need shade. This tent works well. It’s well made and fairly easy for 2-4 people to put together. My husband decided to invest in some long ground screws and heavier rope to secure it in the wind.

One star only because it Shipped on time, package well, all looked great. Went up easily and appeared to be a nice canopy. Besides that, I’d give it Zero stars. It had been up for 3 days, one rain storm and down it went. And it wasn’t a ”torrential “ storm. Water pooled up on one side and snapped the supports so easily, too easily TBH. After inspecting the broken brackets/ supports. It was pretty clear, extremely weak materials. But with today’s paint and spray application, it’s easier to hide that stuff. So my recommendation, stay away. Hope this helps.

Photo Note* We did not extend the legs in this photo. UPDATE 2025: We have used this canopy multiple times in the last 2 years. We used it during camping events and vendor events. We have housed it in heavy rain and high winds. So far the only thing broken, on the canopy itself, is the plastic piece attached at the bottom of the lengs. One came off during its 3rd use. This makes it to where we can't steak down that leg. We just add extra sand bags to it and make sure the tie down on that corner is secure. But other than that, it has stood against heavy rain and kept us dry and it stood in hight winds of around 27mph gusts. This made us uneasy as it did a lot of creaking and swaying but the frame is still straight and nothing else has broke on it. This is not a 1 person set up. This is a 2 or more person set up. The frame is sturdy. The canopy is nice. We have a slight concern for the stitching for the side straps. We will probably go over the thread on top with some wax to try and make it a little more secure. Here in Kansas, there is a lot of strong wind and even stronger gusts. I had a hard time finding one in my budget that also had reviews for how the product faired in wind. This one didn't sway in the slightest when we first put it up. It was windy when we tested putting it up. Our next even isn't until the end of September but I am confident it will more than meet our expectations. I gave it a 4 star because of the case. All reviews mention the case in a not so great way. It was expected. The zipper is cheap and likes to skip teeth if you zip to fast. The buckle at the bottom broke as soon as we tightened the strap even slightly. It just snapped. But we were able to be lazy when taking the tent down, by leaving the canopy attached at the corners and just folding it up with the frame. It did fit just fine in the case & the case held up to putting it in there like that. *knocks on wood* We haven't tested the sand bags yet. Hope they work. My current ones, one is falling apart at the bottom strap seam. All in all, I good purchase.

Total garbage! Extremely thin fabric and cheap, thin metal. The structure already looks bent after the first setup. You get what you pay for I guess.
