I like the sturdiness of the poles and the tent fabric. And it's plenty tall enough for taller people to walk under it without having to duck. You do need multiple people to erect it - I'd say at least 3, maybe 4. We used it for the first time on a windy day and the sandbags worked perfectly to hold it in place. The tent came with lines to tie from rings on the tent fabric down to loops on the sand bags. It was easy to take down and collapse, and it fit easily back in the storage bag. I do have some concerns with the longevity of the storage bag as others have mentioned. Day one, one of the feet broke off (rivets broke), but we have a rivet gun and will try to repair it. The zipper feels a little cheap, but as long as we're careful when using it I think it will be alright. There was room to spare in the bag even - I was able to store a 10x20 sun shade I bought to use as a partial wall for this thing inside the bag as well. If you're interested search for sunblock shade cloth with grommets. It's a great addition for this shelter.

I received this product damaged. The vendor went out of their way to get me a new tent. They are very aware of their customers needs. I will buy more products from this vendor in the future. The product is better than expected and easy to set up. I will recommend this product to others

The canopy it’s self seems to be really well built, and easy to setup and take down. The issue I have is the bag that contains it. One of the roller wheels was broken off of it upon receipt of the canopy. And the zipper pulled out the very first time I closed it.

This product fell apart, all the arms broke off when I went to close it. Only got to use one time. it was not an easy set up, I had 5 people helping. When I got it the travel back look all beat up, but I figured that was nothing. Should have been a sign, but I was throwing my mom a 70th Bday party and she does not do well in the sun, needed cover for her. Went to return the item, and received the shipping label, and I was going to be held responsible to pay to ship it back to the seller. First there product fell apart, 2nd this thing weighs so much the price to ship would be outrages, and worst they wanted me to send it to California, but it appears they have another store in New Jersey, I live in Massachusetts :/. Then I got a number to call the seller, and they only spoke Chinese, contacted Amazon , they could only advise me to take pictures of it and send to seller. This thing is super heaving and I cannot get it open again, or even opened for that matter. So now I had to eat this purchase with no refund. This was horrible. Worst experience ever, and product all away around.

After searching for days, looking through different types of pop up canopies, and reading reviews I started to think that maybe purchasing one was a bad idea. I went ahead and ordered this one in hopes I would not regret it, and I am SO glad I did! We used this for a graduation party and with a few people we got it set up and secure in less than 15 minutes. The sand bags are nice and fit well around the poles, keeping it weighted down but still looking nice. The entire canopy is sturdy and easy to assemble as well as disassemble. It rained after a few hours and everyone sitting under it remained dry. The case that comes with it keeps the canopy organized and easy to store as everything fit inside with no issues. Looking forward to getting many uses from this product!

It was soooo easy to set up and take down! I was worried because it's so big. Very sturdy. Kept the sun off of us. I'd def recommend this product. A little heavy to carry, but nothing I couldn't handle on my own. Just being a baby about having to lift it

Bad: This canopy (10x20) comes in weighing about 100lbs. It is not for one person to handle. The bag is not designed for the weight so the handle ripped off just getting it out of the shipping box. The handle and very tiny wheels are opposite of each other so if you're not tall enough, you have to walk backward in a hunched position to try to lift the bag high enough to get the very tiny wheels to engage with the ground. In just trying to raise the bag high enough to get the wheels to reach to roll it out of the box, the handle ripped off the bag. We had to use a dolly to move all 100lbs. Once it was open and set up, we found a middle leg has a faulty clamp and will not lock in place at all, which caused a lot of bowing/swaying when the high winds started. Good: It did hold up for the day and through the night, while providing excellent shade coverage. Honestly, because it is so sturdy, I would consider buying it again but only if they redesigned and made a much stronger bag with bigger (practical) wheels. And, the weight needs to be listed. It seems like it has been intentionally left out of the description. Also, it needs to be disclosed that carrying and assembly requires two people.
