I love the way the bars look. They look more OEM than the genuine dealer cross bars. I almost returned them because the parts looked very simple to install and I proceeded without reading the instructions or watching the video. When the end caps did not want to go in completely, I thought I had a defective product. After seeing the video, I noticed that the smooth side was not supposed to be on top.
