    • Not enough pieces in my packaging (otherwise perfect)
Product came in with too many P screws and not enough S screws, only have 1 S screw for the arm rests that require 4, looked through the entire box and even disassembled everything to double check I didn’t make any errors (the arm rests were the the last pieces to put on so about 30 minutes of progress wasted) and still didn’t have the screws necessary to complete everything, I tried to sub out 2 of the footrest screws thinking maybe I could just make due with the resources available but those screws are too thin to fit in the arm rest slots and have ultimately come to find out I only had 1 out of the 4 S screws available and had 4 P screws extra (not including the spare parts that have 1 extra of all the screws) honestly if I could just get another set of hardware to finish this I’d be more than happy to change to a 5 star review because I am very happy with the overall quality of everything just didn’t have enough hardware to finish the job. (TLDR) I was so positive that I put the back of the chair on correctly with the bottom/top mounting piece that I didn’t even check it, I found the missing S pieces and figured out why I had 4 “extra” P screws, was able to get the chair back together in 35 minutes and am very happy with the results. ... show more

"From unboxing to assembly took approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. All parts (screws and tools) are included. There are even spare screws in case they get lost.Parts seem sturdy and heavy and good quality. It can be assembled by one person, but two people can speed it up. The hardest part of the assembly is connecting the back to the base and the armrests, which 2 people can get by with. I think the armrests have to be perfectly aligned, otherwise, the armrests will wobble. Once assembled, I can say that the chair is very comfortable. The gaming chair with footrest reclines easily, and if you don't want it to recline, you can lock it in place. Overall, this is an affordable ergonomic gaming chair for a gameras well as adults teens and kids." ... show more

Sitting at a desk for 8-12 hours at a time, this ergonomic gaming chair it very comfortable with many adjustment levels and settings to my liking,easy assembly and the quality is top notch. The colors match the description, I chose all black and gray. The height is adjustable and the stability is great. The gaming chair with footrest it accommodates me without any problems. It is very quiet and does not squeak when turning or rolling. The wheels run well even without proper padding underneath.
