I went to multiple local offices stores looking for a new desk chair. I’ve been sitting in a $40 chair I bought on Amazon in March 2020 for almost 3 years and it had run it’s course. I thought this chair met all the things I wanted. The good: Cushion seems comfortable and like it will hold up well. I like the sliding seat depth so you can make it fit you. The lumbar position change is nice. The mesh on the back rear seems comfortable. Over it is a decent chair. The ok: wheels. They don’t roll as well as my $40 chair but not a huge deal. While the arm rest settings are nice as other reviewers pointed out they don’t stay in place well and when they move click loudly. Not a fan: The headrest sticks forward so much I can’t use it. I tried the headrest in every position I could get it into and still if my head was touching the headrest I was looking down if my shoulders were also touching the back rest. I removed the headrest, which made the chair more comfortable for me. The problem is one of the reasons I picked this chair is that I wanted a headrest. So overall, not a bad chair unless you want a comfortable headrest or arms that stay in place well. Generally sitting in it is comfortable and I can tell it will likely hold up better than my $40 chair. 6/20/23 Update: I'm updating my review as the company contacted me to try to make things right and I appreciate that. I also noticed that the price has come down on the chair. It is probably more worth it at the current price. I have been sitting in this chair 5 days a week for several months now. It is fine as long as you don't want a head rest.

I do like it and it’s semi comfortable much better then what I had. The only thing I’m really not liking is the material of the seat it’s really rough/scratchy but I am making due and just throw a baby blanket over it. One of the cool thing is that they do give you a qr code to watch the video on how to assemble it love when companies do that also comes with extra hardware for down the line. Anyway like I said it’s good for the price. ✨

I have put office chairs together before and they were exhausting. This was very easy. They even provided the tools that you would need to assemble it. Directions were very easy to follow. they did have a video that you could go to but I didn't use it. I decided if I was having problems I would do that. And there was a tag on the chair that if you wanted rollerblade wheels instead of the ones that came with it, all I had to do was contact their customer service with my order number. I did end up requesting them because the wheels did not do well on my carpet. Great chair and comfortable too. Highly recommend!

The good: Excellent assembly instructions. A nicely printed step by step booklet, with good illustrations. Combined with a card of shrink wrapped and labeled hardware, no significant difficulties. Whole job took an hour and change. Usually with these projects, you get one flimsy sheet of instructions badly translated. So, kudos to Molents for this. Also, the Allen wrench provided is tops! Nice handle, easy to use. The Philips head screwdriver is nearly useless, but everybody already has much better screwdrivers. Use one of your own. Less frustrating. The So-so: The armrests are on the flimsy side and not inclined to hold any setting without wobbling. Not terrible, but no feeling of precision either. The bad: Attaching the arms to the seat, you'll want to get all the bolts started before tightening any of them. It'll take some fiddling to get all the holes lined up. Par for the course with assemble it yourself furniture. You can never assume that all screw holes will align, even in expensive stuff. For the price, it's a decent chair, not hard to assemble and, when finished, easy on the eyes and more importantly, easy on the lumbar spine. Keep the Allen wrench where you can find it, after a while you'll want to flip it over and tighten up various screws.

I'm the first person in any room to complain about an unergonomic couch or dinner chair. I appreciate a good back support. I have a fairly long torso. This chair tries too hard to be ergonomic. At first, the back shape felt a little jarring. Then over a day or two I got used to it. For a week, it felt pretty nice. But then after a few weeks, I started getting serious back pain and had to see a chiropractor (haven't done this in a few years). I went back to my old cheap chair to recover. I tried this chair again after my back healed sitting in the old chair, with the same painful result after a week or so. I ultimately gave the chair away, and the new owner likes it a lot. I think the back shape CAN be ergonomic for some people, but my torso length/shape wasn't included in the people they tested with. The lumbar support only makes a tiny difference in depth. It really doesn't alter the height of where the swoop lands vertically on your back. I think a more modest lumbar swoop would make this chair a lot better. Otherwise, it's a good value. Not really nice, but not overly cheap either. The armrests sit a little far forward, but you can reverse the arms and have them very far back so that it supports your elbows and you can slide it under the desk (very nice!).
