Looks great in pink, perfectly supportive, and easy to build! 100% satisfied!
Color: Pink
I waited a while to write this review in order to properly test the chair, and I have to say I'm very pleased. I did a lot of shopping here when the time came to replace my old Office Depot leather chair. I didn't want to purchase another leather chair (holds too much heat, shreds and flakes off/apart after too long, no lumbar support) and I was soon suffering from terrible tension headaches (I'm 5'4, about 150 lbs). I wanted a new chair that would improve my posture while also being relatively comfortable. This chair has not disappointed me. Assembly took me a little under two hours. No parts were missing or came damaged. Spare screws are provided. The tool kit that comes with the chair does the job as intended, and the instructions are pretty clear, aside from one slightly confusing graphic involving the cushion screws. Since assembly, everything has remained structurally sound for me. It wheels well across both hard wood floors and carpet. As far as comfort, the seat is a good size and quite plush. The material of the arms & seat is dot-textured, which I suggest taking into account if that bothers you (it might make you itch). For most though, it will probably be relatively comfortable. The arm rests and seat, in my opinion, are at a perfect harmony of firmness and comfort. Not too much or too little of either. The back of the chair is wrapped in tightly-wound fabric that's breathable and feels nice to touch. Leaning back against it has never felt unpleasant. HOWEVER, I will say that I did not purchase this chair for any reclining feature; which if it does have at all, it's quite weak. If you're looking for a chair that can recline quite a bit, definitely look elsewhere! The adjustable lumbar pillow on the back does a decent job providing lower back support, especially if you're looking to better your sitting posture. It can be adjusted with the knob at the center of the X. (I did not want a chair that offered a head rest, as I find them clunky and awkward.) My tension headaches have mercifully disappeared since I purchased this model. Aesthetically, I'm delighted that this design was offered in pink! The 'X' design on the back that supports the lumbar cushion looks awesome. The chair comes in a variety of colors to suit all sorts of tastes for the home or office, there's something for just about everyone. The entire chair's materials are VERY stainable though, so I do not advise eating or drinking in the seat if you want to keep it pristine! No oil, grape juice or pizza near it, for sure! General features: the arms of the chair do lift up, though not quite at 90 degrees. There's been mentions of customers with larger shoulders bumping into them, which I can understand. I only put the arms up when I get in or out of the chair, or leave it for the night to push up against my desk. The chair raises to the maximum height (measuring from the floor to the top of the seat cushion) at 21' inches! For those who like their chair raised to an above-average height (but aren't requiring a bar stool type of chair height), this one should do the job. I prefer to sit without my feet completely touching the floor, this chair allows me that. My desk is also older & taller than average desks these days, so I wanted a chair at a height that would work well with it, and this one does. Very satisfied on that front, I don't even need the chair raised to its max height. Overall, this chair has been an incredible value, offering more features at a modest price (especially if you have a chance to use an offered manufacturer coupon). For those looking for a seat that provides more support & comfort than your standard $50-100 rolling chair with no other features, but NOT seeking an expensive seat with every possible option such as a head rest, I would 100% recommend this chair as a perfect compromise. For me it looks good, feels good, and checks every box I've needed it to!

designed for adults who spend long hours seated
Color: Black
The build quality is solid. The mesh back is breathable, which helps keep you cool even when you’re sitting for extended periods. This is a huge plus because I’ve noticed less sweating compared to traditional chairs with padded backs. The high-back design supports the entire spine, including the upper back and shoulders, which really reduces strain. One of the standout features is the adjustable lumbar support. It’s fully customizable, so you can position it exactly where your lower back needs it. This greatly improved my posture and decreased lower back discomfort after several hours of use. The seat cushion is padded just right—not too soft to cause sinking but firm enough to remain comfortable. The chair’s height adjustment and tilt functions work smoothly. It locks securely in place, providing stability while you lean back or sit upright. The X-shaped base adds an ergonomic flair while being sturdy enough to handle everyday office activity. The armrests are also adjustable and provide good relief for your forearms and shoulders without restricting movement.

Cheap plastic parts broke only after 5 month - REFUNDED AND RESOLVED
Color: Grey
Edit: After posting this review, the seller reached out and offered a full refund. While the product may not have been perfect, the fast customer service and their willingness to make it right more than make up for it. Hopefully the next chair is not a defect. DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR unless you want to have a surprise test on your core strength. Bought this chair in May 2025, normal use, and suddenly the plastic parts broke (see pictures) and the whole back side fell off. I’m 5’8” about 175 lbs, so clearly not so sturdy or stable. Plastic parts were bulky enough but obviously cheap materials, not meant to withstand even normal daily use. Now I have a broken chair and a severe lower back pain Avoid at all costs, seriously

Quality for the buck
Color: Black
Very satisfied with my purchase. The chair was easy to assemble (took me about 20-30 minutes), and right away I could tell the build quality was solid. The seat cushion is supportive without being too firm, and the mesh back keeps me cool during long study or work sessions. The adjustable features (especially the height and recline) make it easy to find the perfect position.

Affordable and Comfortable Chair for Home Office
Color: Black
This chair was an excellent and affordable alternative to my current chair which was falling apart. It is very adjustable and fits my desk very well despite having a lower than usual desk. It took me about 15 or 20 minutes to set up and arrived in surprisingly compact packaging. Would recommend to anyone in the market for an affordable desk chair!

Honestly, great purchase
Color: Grey Gold
I've had this chair for almost a month now and my back is thanking me. The breathable mesh is perfect for hot weather - no more sweating like crazy after hours of sitting. The adjustable lumbar support actually works. The best parts: the wheels are super quiet, the seat is roomy, and the armrests flip up completely. If you work from home for several hours a day, go for it. For the price, the quality is really good. Totally recommend it.
