I received this Freepub ergonomic office chair about a week ago, and it arrived in a large, heavy box that contained all the necessary parts for assembly, including the mesh backrest, memory foam seat, headrest, armrests, base, wheels, gas cylinder, and all the required hardware. The chair itself, once assembled, is quite substantial, measuring about 24 inches wide at the seat and standing over 45 inches tall with the headrest attached, making it a dominant presence in my home office. I have only been using this item for one week, primarily as my main seating for my work-from-home desk setup, where I spend several hours each day. I find that the assembly process was manageable, though having a second person to help hold the backrest steady while attaching it to the seat would have made it easier; the instructions were clear with helpful diagrams. I appreciate that the main frame and structure are made out of polypropylene plastic, and I think that this made the item feel a bit more rigid and stable, especially when leaning back in the chair. I did not notice any sort of pungent smell upon unboxing the components or after assembly, which was important to me as I intended to use it immediately in my enclosed office space. I like the breathable mesh material of the backrest about this item; it doesn't make my back feel sweaty even after sitting for a few hours. The overall black aesthetic is simple and professional, blending well with my existing furniture without drawing too much attention. I also really appreciate the design of the chair since it has a straightforward, intuitive adjustment lever for height and tilt tension, located on the right side under the seat where it's easy to reach. This bench seems to be pretty sturdy and well made, especially for the price. It features an adjustable section that can adjust the incline from a seated upright position, completely flat, or even a decline. It was easy enough to put together and is pretty stable when working out, but I only use 35lb dumbbells. It's relatively compact for all you can do with it, and it partially folds for easier storage. The padding on the cushions are firm but with enough cushion to make it comfortable. I got this on sale during Prime Day and it was a great value at the time.

So far, I like the chair, its comfortable, it works for my use case, however, its not perfect how I would want it to be either... for the pros it was super easy to install, I was done in 15-20 minutes, its really comfortable, especially compared to what I was sitting in prior, I like the features as well as the overall build of the chair, I like the features of it, how you can recline back if needed, the back and neck support is good, im a heavier build, so finding a chair that is durable for my size was crucial... for the cons, this chair seems to be smaller than I wanted it to be, one BIG issue for me is the armrests are super LOW, I really don't like that at all, its close to being a dealbreaker for me personally, I just don't want to go through the trouble of returning it, otherwise its a highly functional office type chair

I really like this chair. It was easy to assemble and did not take much time. The instructions were clear, and all the parts fit well. OK but not as comfortable as the chair I wanted to replace. It was easy enough to put together. The lumbar support is almost non-existent. I tried every setting. The head rest is useless unless you are leaning back. I was going to put my gaming chair upstairs and use this one at my main computer. Guess which one I'm sitting in now.
