The seat and back padding need to be improved. The ergonomics of the seat relative to the back needs improving. The material used could be improved. 12/27/2024: While I was not pleased with this chair the company that sells this chair is a very upstanding business. They were truly concerned that I was not pleased. They reached out to me to see what could be done to rectify the matter. We came to an agreement which resolved my issues. I'm pleased with how they handled the situation. While I might not have been completely happy with the product, this company is one of the best I've worked with and would truly do business with them again. You get what you pay for. I got this for my wife as a hopeful upgrade from just an old office chair we had and just unboxing it I was feeling some regret. Quality just felt cheap coming out of the box but I was hopeful it would still be at least better than our old chair. After putting it together and using it for a few days the right arm bent 45° and it's the bolt that holds the arm rest to the chair that's bent. We are smaller people so weight is not an issue. Overall it is just cheap and regret this purchase. If the materials were better quality it probably would have been fine. ... show more
