We had purchased a different chair from Amazon a few months ago and apparently the way I lean back on the chair made it snap. I'm not a huge dude - 6-feet tall ~200 lbs. So I was hoping to get a new chair that had a higher back (preferably a piece to support my head) so that it could support me better. I also needed it to be versatile, since I use this chair while I'm sitting at my desk working and also when I turn around to my gaming monitor, lean/lay back, and play. The chair went together quite quickly and feels very high quality. The only downside is that the arms, which sit separate from the back of the chair, shift forward, back, and twist sideways about 20 degrees each way). While that's good if you want to quickly adjust where they sit on your elbows (since they're not overtly large - about 8"), it can be a bit annoying when I'm leaning back on the chair as my arms are inadvertently pushing them forwards/sideways so I'm constantly resetting them. It's less of an issue if you're using the chair in a traditional desk setting. Other random things I like: - Lower lumbar support (super important to me - for my chair at work I had to buy one of those pads you wrap around the chair in order to give me that support, but it basically comes as part of this chair) - I like the lighter color which you can't always find in other chair styles - Wheels are very strong and sturdy - easy to roll around even on carpet - Head/neck piece is adjustable

I like this chair. With my previous chair, I had to use both a back support and a seat cushion. I do not have to use either with this chair. It's light and glides easily from the wood floor to my padded rug without using a floor mat. Love the lumbar support - it feels like you have an external lumbar pillow but it's part of the chair design. It was fairly easy to assemble. My sister and I did it by ourselves. She asked if I wanted to add the head support and I said "Why not?" - turns out I love it. I don't use it while working but do use it when I lean back to take a quick break. I ordered the light grey to lighten up the darkness of my desk. It looked a little beige in the photo and was hoping it would be. It's actually a mix of both. It can go either way. Good buy for me!
