Easy to Use and Very Practical Kids Beginner Phone
I recently ordered this flip phone for my kids to travel abroad, and I’m honestly very happy with it. It’s extremely simple to use, which makes it perfect for both seniors and kids. The buttons are clear, the menu is easy to navigate and easy to read for kids, and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do without any confusion. I really like how practical it is— You can connect it with wifi, and it has YouTube, Maps search, Google search and Internet search that makes it interesting for kids and don't let them to get bored. Overall, a very useful and user-friendly phone. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something simple and dependable. 👍👍👍

Defective Evidenced
No paper or online user manual. No company technical support found. Repeated alternative loud buzz when plugged in to charge battery. Amazon agent was not able to diagnose or find manual. Returned for refund.

Quality Flip phone
So far it is great. Very similar to the Iris Flip that was released by Consumer Cellular a while back but uses a Nano SIM card vs the Iris Flip that used ESIM. Using with Mint Mobile and have good coverage. Have tried phones that have been unlocked and compatible with AT&T and T-Mobile and they often don’t have great coverage (probably missing bands 66 and 71 which are needed on Mint Mobile since it uses T-Mobile towers). Have been using Nokia 2780 Flip phone and the Barbie flip phone which is basically the 2780 (minus the Bluetooth) and this is similar to those as well. It is a bit heavier and more substantial than the Nokia flip phones. It feels sturdier than the Nokia flip phones and the TCL phones . It DOES have voice to text and voice assistance, which are a HUGE help with flip phones. It uses Kaios if you need some apps. Press and hold the middle of the home button and speech to text is easy to use. I think this phone is a good mix of simple flip phone and a taste of smart phone features. You can use your email on it if you want, watch YouTube, Google Maps, or use internet browser etc. But, you can also just forget that stuff and just use it for texting and calling. The speech to text makes texting so much easier on a flip phone. I will update as I continue using this phone.

The phone is reliable—I thought it would be very small, but it’s actually a good size. The design is simple, it’s easy to use.The battery lasts long and granddad liked it.His hearing is a bit weak, but so far there haven’t been any problems with calls.

Simple, Clear and Easy for Elderly Users
Bought this unlocked flip phone for my great grandma and it turned out to be a perfect gift for her needs. She mainly wanted something simple and easy to use and this phone delivers exactly that. The large screen makes everything easy to see, which is really important for seniors. The keypad is also big and well-spaced, so dialing numbers and texting is much easier compared to smaller smartphones. One thing I specifically tested was the camera, since she loves taking pictures with the kids. The picture quality is clear enough for everyday use, which made me feel confident she’ll enjoy using it. Overall, this is a great option if you’re looking for a simple, senior-friendly phone that covers the basics without being complicated.

I received a defective phone
This seller sent a phone that cannot hold a charge, repeatedly starts and fails. Returned.

no instructions/manual. low volume on calls
There are 0 instructions on what you need to do to get this phone working. This is what is needed: 1. remove back cover panel (there's a little slot at the bottom corner -- insert a nail, file, tiny tool to slowly crack it open) 2. remove the yellow strip protecting the battery 3. insert the nano sim card to the right of the battery 4. put cover panel back on 5. restart the phone so it can read the sim card/activate This is a simplest, most basic flip phone with big push buttons. It has capability for emails, text, internet usage -- just know it's quite cumbersome to do using a numeric key pad (throwback to the early 90s). There is no customization for the screen display or even ringtone. My main issue with this phone is the sound quality being very low, even when it's set to the highest volume. Being advertised as a good phone for seniors who are typically a bit more hard of hearing (my main reason for this purchase for my mom), this issue may be a deal-breaker. I'm not sure if the problem is specially this phone or if it's the same with all of them (customer service would not send me a replacement, only a refund).

Excellent flip phone, foe the price. Just don't over expect. This is a cheap flip phone.
I was surprised this phone has many features for a dumb flip phone and very good call quality. Surprisingly sturdy for the peice too. Nakedcellphone makes a case for it that fits perfect. This phone is also very same size and model as Iris Flip phone. No problems with booting up or running, just make sure to remove the tape on the battery inside the phone, then charge it up. The back cover comes off that is were the removable battery is . Was able to set up text messages and gmail, and over 137 contacts in the phone book.
