I do not know where to even start... First the cushion is a very supportive cloth fabric, but it is very breathable. Great Booty support. The back rest is a 3 section support, and I have a very flat lower back due to my build and the 3 lower section feels great. the middle section fits my upper back perfectly, and the head rest is fantastic. You can also lock the back in place for multiple angles, and reclining is very effortless, and smooth. If you do not like the Head rest you can leave that off, but I love it. Ok, so this is where I get sentimental.... I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR 15 YEARS; for a chair that is low enough to fit my legs under the drawers on my desk while having arm rests high enough that support my arms resting at desk height for typing, and gaming. These arm rests are amazing! They slide in and out from front to back, swivel side to side, and raise up and down. The base of the chair is metal with very nice soft rubber wheels that are the same style as Roller Blade wheels. Very smooth movement, and structurally well built. I about cried when i first sat down in this chair. Just how comfortable it is for me to sit at my desk now is a game changer. I work from home in I.T. and I am a gamer, 10 hours a day on average is spent in my office so having this chair will make my life better. I encourage everyone to try it if you are still struggling to find a chair that fits your needs. Cheers! FYI, if you have issues using hand tools due to strength, you might want to ask for help putting it together, It is pretty easy, but requires some hand and lower forearm strength for tightening the screws.

This chair is worth the purchase. The headrest is a little wonky as a 6’0” person but it’s definitely nice to have. The back of the chair has the ergo support and overall I love the feel. Leaning back in it is perfect and almost makes me want to take a nap. The biggest thing is it’s STURDY. I believe this is the first chair I’ve ever bought that has metal legs. Well worth the purchase.

I've had this chair for a little while and can say that it is an improvement from my last chair, but I'm not sure if I'm in love with it enough to keep it around for the next 5 or so years. For reference, I'm 5'5". Some things that I like and don't care for: - I like the seat cushion it has been very comfortable for long hours of work and then general gameplay. It's a wider seat than I originally expected - it's nice because I like to sit with my legs folded on the chair - lots of room to do so. - I like the adjustability of the armrests, but as another reviewer had pointed out, they move around too easily so I have to constantly adjust them back into place. It would be a nice improvement if you could lock them in place. - I like the firm lower back support. My only drawback is that the height of the back support isn't adjustable, meaning you can't move it higher or lower. I'm 5'5'' and the chair is built for a wide range of heights, but for me, it sits a little off where I really need it to be. On a taller person, it might work out better. - I hate the headrest and don't even have it on the chair. Maybe this goes back to the whole height thing, and a taller person might like it better, but for me, no. It can only rotate slightly, which is rather unimpressive. It would have been much more ideal if I could adjust the height, and move it back and forth. - Adjusting the angle of the back of the chair isn't the best. The chair only has 3 set positions. At least with the chair that I have (it could be a fluke with mine), but I have a really hard time getting it to click into the middle position. It will slide right through it and into the 90-degree upright. Rather frustrating. If you like having a very specific angle to the back of your chair, then this could be a deal-breaker. It erks me mildly. - The wheels are good quality as I would expect at this price point. I think the chair overall feels well built. Yes, you do have to assemble it yourself. No, it's not hard. I don't know why some reviewers were complaining about having to put it together. Every chair I have ever bought online comes in pieces (how else are they supposed to ship it?). If you want an assembled chair maybe drive to a store. - Where my desk is located means that my chair is half on hardwood and half on a rug. While the wheels are good quality, there is something to the design of the base that makes this chair difficult to maneuver over a bit of carpet. It will get stuck and I will have to lift up to get the chair to move backward or forward. My last chair did not have this issue. I could buy a plastic mat for this problem, but I'm stubborn. Overall it's not a bad chair, but again am I going to keep it for a few years? Maybe. For ergonomics, I will say that I don't have any of the soreness my previous chair would cause. I also like the more sedate look of this chair compared to others in this price range. Many look like they were designed for gamers with really weird over-the-top styling or coloring. I wanted something that didn't look like it was some alien creature.

I waited for months to write this review as I wanted to be certain that giving one would be worth my time and for the product itself. This chair has helped me stay comfortable and have support for my butt, back, and neck. I have neck pain from probably Occipital Neuralgia according to my Neurologist. It's horrible! Sitting appears to make it worse. So I switch positions in the chair and will sit 'Indian' style. This has been the only chair so far that I have ever sat in that has tolerated my constant position changes. If I had any negatives it would be that it has started squeaking months later. Though I purchased the same chair for my spouse and months later it doesn't squeak at all. This may be due to my position changes. I'll take the comfort! I'm 6'1 and 180 pounds. An very satisfied customer!!
