I like this chair - very attractive and comfortable. The height adjustment works smoothly and the adjustable headrest sits in just the right position. I would rate the seat cusion as firm, and with the adjustable lumbar support, seems to be good for my posture and my back. I would rate assembly as easy to moderate. Easy if you have a cordless screwdriver, it will go much faster. It helps to leave your hardware packaged and only open each group as needed to avoid confusing the parts. All in all, a very good value.

I've had this chair for a week now and have sat in it for 8 hours straight between 2 days and additional hours over the week. Normally I'll have issues with my hip or bottom hurting, but the seat cushion is very comfy. Being able to adjust the support in the back is awesome and I don't get too hot in the chair with the mesh back. It was easy to assemble, though I did have to enlist my daughter for help at the end attaching the back to the seat. It was difficult to get it to line up on my own. Overall it's worth the price with the quality you get.

The chair components were well-packaged and all parts were clearly identified - included different sized bolts. Assembly was easy, taking less that 30 mins. The chair appears to be good quality and a reasonable value. The chair seat is fairly firm.. I assume it will soften a bit with use. Height and lumbar adjustments are simple. And the movable arms allow the chair to fit under our built-in desk. While we have only used the chair for a couple days, we are thus far very pleased with this purchase.

Love my new chair. It's very comfortable and looks great in my office. The directions on assembly were very clear and it was easy to assemble. Lucky was very responsive to any questions that I had regarding height adjustment. He was pleasant to deal with and even sent an extra lumbar support for extra comfort. The price was the best that I found after long searches both in stores and online. Also love the adjustable arm feature.

I already have one (another design) ergonomic chair for office use; I actually bought this one for me to play the piano and sometimes use for using the computer. The instruction is clear, it's pretty easy to put together, and the chair itself feels sturdy. The mesh back is breathable, and the lumbar support makes sitting for long hours much more comfortable. I've been using it for several days, and so far I'm pretty satisfied.
