The chair is beautiful. There were no dings or scratches, which has been common for me with Amazon furniture purchases. It looks just like the picture. It was fairly easy to assemble. I did have to get some help from someone else to hold it while I put in the screws, and it took more than 20 minutes, but I was being very careful and taking my time. The parts are all good quality and durable. It even came with white cotton gloves to prevent dirt during assembly. It was packaged very well and arrived in good shape and on time. Every feature worked great: the arms raised and lowered, the height adjustment worked great, the headrest adjustments worked, and it reclined. The lumbar support was ok, could be softer, but they mentioned a free lumbar pillow, so no big deal. The material is of good quality, and the color is what I expected. Definitely worth the money. I love it, and I’m glad I chose this one after much research and consideration. Came with a 5-year warranty as well. I would highly recommend this chair.

Starting with the positive: if you are looking for a chair that provides back support at a reasonable price, this is a good option. The lumbar support is adjustable, so you can make it fit just the way you like. It does not look like the kind of chair that would provide lower back support, but it does. Another pro is the arms pivot up. That makes it easy to set my laptop on my legs, get out of the chair, or have my grand plop down while I am trying to work without disturbing me. The negative: It could be me, but this was not the easiest chair to put together. No part of it was already assembled. It took me three times as long as the instructions suggested. Also, I hoped the material would be stain-resistant, but I quickly found out it was not. I am going to treat it with a stain repellent and see if that will help because with this light pink, everything the grand does shows up.

Chair is great. Seat pad is very firm but very much appreciated after a few hours of use. It appears sturdy and well built Assembly was straightforward and even included white gloves (which I didn't use!) The literature offered a supplemental lumbar pillow if the installed pad was insufficient and different gas cylinders to alter the height, if the standard one was not high/low enough. I was skeptical. I contacted the company which responded within a day. Was told they were out of lumbar pillows and offered the option of waiting until they restocked OR offered $25 to buy my own. I took the latter, not holding my breath. Two days later, I received $25 via PayPal (to be fair, one day was taken to confirm my email address!). I waited until after I received the payment to get a lumbar pillow through Amazon in a couple of days. I also requested a shorter gas cartridge and was offered two different lengths. The replacement cartridge arrived from China within a week! Needed a hammer to dislodge the original cartridge (press fittings) but it wasn't difficult. Seat height is now PERFECT. Honestly there's nothing else I need from this chair. It's a GREAT BUY and has my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

So far, so good. I work from home and I am sitting most of the day. The back support is adjustable and works! I bought the green and I really love the color. It's lime without being obnoxious and bright. The seat cushion is firm and accepting. I'm finally sitting properly at my desk. The wheels roll easily and this chair is good quality. Especially for the price. Easy to put together, just pay attention to which screws go where. There is even a handy tool included so you don't need to get out a toolbox. All in all, I'm happy with my choice.

I like this chair - very attractive and comfortable. The height adjustment works smoothly and the adjustable headrest sits in just the right position. I would rate the seat cusion as firm, and with the adjustable lumbar support, seems to be good for my posture and my back. I would rate assembly as easy to moderate. Easy if you have a cordless screwdriver, it will go much faster. It helps to leave your hardware packaged and only open each group as needed to avoid confusing the parts. All in all, a very good value.
