Nice Looking, Extremely Comfortable Office Chair
What a comfortable office chair! Easy assembly, great instructions. Customer Service has quick response time regarding the additional lumbar pillow. Chair moves easily and the armrests flip up. Back is adjustable and love the option to rock. Wonderful value for the price!

I recommend!
I am so impressed with this chair. It came well packaged and each part was individually wrapped. Putting it together was relatively easy. The instructions were great and whoever wrote them had a great sense of humor. The quality of the chair is excellent. Very comfortable with great adjustable lumbar support. Arms can be raised if you need them out of the way. I highly recommend!

Comfortable, Stylish, and Great Support.
I’m really impressed with this office chair! It’s comfortable for long hours, has great back support, and looks stylish and modern in my office. The cushioning is supportive without feeling too firm. The seller, CASASIO, also included a complimentary lumbar support pillow, which was a nice bonus. Their product support team was excellent—responsive, helpful, and professional. Overall, a great chair and a positive buying experience!

Good chair, good buy for the price.
Decent chair, sturdy. Exactly as advertised. I only work 5/hrs a day and have back issues. I don’t know that I could work 8 hrs in it, but for the price, it’s a sturdy, fairly comfy chair.

Comfortable and fits me well
I love my new chair! Shipping was fast and installation was easy with just a little help to lift the seat onto the base. This chair fits me perfectly. Used mainly in my craft room, when I have the arm rests raised up I can get closer to the sewing machine and crafting table which makes it much easier to work. The chair is very comfortable for long hours of crafting and reading. When I registered my purchase, the company was very nice to work with as well.

Excellent Chair
Color: Black/Silver
This is a very nice chair. You can tell immediately that it is well-built and made with quality material. Assembly was very easy as well. I was apprehensive to buy a chair online, but I am very happy that I made the decision to purchase this chair. The seat is very well-cushioned and the lumbar support is excellent. The wheels move with ease and the adjustable flip-up armrests make this an overall wonderful chair. The price point makes this a great buy.

If your back hurts, get this chair.
Color: Black/Silver
I needed a different office chair because I work long hours and have worsening lower back pain. I wasn't sure this chair would help, but I was willing to try anything. Excellent assembly instructions. After trying it out, I felt I needed more lumbar support and reached out to CASASIO customer service. They immediately shipped out an attachable lumbar support pillow that really helped. It hasn't completely fixed my back, but this is 1000X better than my old chair. I would have paid twice as much for this relief. And Lilith in Customer Support is just outstanding!
