I never write reviews but I love this chair so much I felt compelled to do so. It says two people needed to assemble but I completed assembly by myself in about 40 min. The chair arrived very well packaged with each individual piece wrapped and packed for complete protection. Included was the only tool needed an allen wrench. Once assembled the chair feels solid yet very comfortable with good lumbar support. The five wheels let it glide with ease and I love that the arm rests can be moved out of the way or left down for padded arm support. They also can be adjusted higher or lower. I’m an artist and got this chair so I can sit while painting at an easel and can raise or lower the height of the chair depending on the size of my painting. I highly recommend this chair. I worked a desk job in government for 32 years and never had a chair as comfortable and functional as this one. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Other buyers reviews plus the features.

After six months of use, still love this chair! The cushioning is firm yet soft. Love the fold-up arms. Sturdy base and quality rollers. Drafting chair height is perfect for my fixed height stand-up desk.

The bottom is very thick and comfortable. There are a couple weird things about the chair though. The arms... I'm not sure why they need to go back so far? They look really strange when they are raised up, and they go so far behind the chair that they hit things when you turn. The back of the chair is strange too. It's pushed farther forward that seems necessary. It's almost like they were trying to over do the lumbar support and it didn't end well. It's just shy of being comfortable. I got this to use at a raised table when I quilt. The base height is quite high, so this chair will NOT work with a standard desk. I have back pain and this helps a little, but if the part where the back meets the chair wasn't pushed so far forward it would be much more comfortable. I'm not sure if I'll keep it yet.

Absolutely comfortable chair. Just have to have a little mechanical ability and the assembly is straight forward with an excellent instruction manual. From sitting on a round shop stool to this chair is like getting a Massarati compared to a Gremlin!! I would definitely recommend this chair to anyone looking for comfort, durability, quality and affordability

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE 2-21-25: The company reached out to assure me that I was correct in my putting the chair together. They pointed out where my confusion was in my film upload and gave me places to go if I had any other concerns. They have further guaranteed my satisfaction. I will be putting the chair together today and updating my score. For now I say this company is the BOMB! They really reach out and want you to like their product. Let's keep fingers crossed! ____________________ The parts and holes for the back rest of the chair don’t fit the way the instructions say. The metal pieces are overlapping with the two bottom metal parts. I am returning this without finishing the setup.
