I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars, but am giving it 4 because of the company customer service. I was unhappy with this overall and they sent a whole new one in response. The seat - very comfortable, supportive, and good quality. Great option to change the depth. The back - I love the fabric and it's perfect firmness IMO. This seems also quality that will last. Lumbar support - lower back feels great and I haven't found a need to move it at all, but you can. Armrests - this is where the issue is. Please watch the video on their website. When you tilt the back the arms and seat go with it. I added a picture of it fully reclined and please tell me how that is usable at a desk. The arms don't go low enough and are always above my keyboard making my arms do some awful angle at the wrist to use a mouse/keyboard. They do have great options to move them, but to make it work I have them going all different directions and end up just being elbow rests not arms. The front edge is also then too sharp of a rounding and then can feel "poky" on your arm/wrist. After some use I found a combination that works for me but I regret buying this as I didn't realize the arms tilt with the back. This feature is usually found on more expensive chairs. Overall I think this is great quality that is well worth the price. It will last a long time and again, customer service didn't hesitate to help. I'd recommend Atlas instead or for use with a more flexible desk or keyboard tray.

How many chairs have you looked at? I had looked at hundreds before finding this. It was hard to find a *quality* office chair with these specific features. I like that it's a good looking chair too. Bought in July of 2023 and still have no regrets. Over 2 years later I still use the recliner feature and the foot rest, sometimes during work meetings lol. When I'm not working, sometimes I'll use them while scrolling on my phone or watching TV. The mesh is sturdy and still holding up just fine. (I work 40hrs a week remote and alternate between sitting and standing at my desk. More sitting than standing I'll admit) The mesh also makes it more breathable which is nice. There is an adjustable lumbar setting. I need to re-tighten mine as it slides back down occasionally. Otherwise I've never done anything to the chair or had to fix it. Still raises up and down no problem. Locks, levers and adjustable points working perfectly. I am 5'5 and the length of the footrest is fine stops at my ankles. It is likely more of a leg rest for people with really long legs but comfortableb and helpful. I pull my feet up into my chair often and having this extra ledge let's me do that without bending me knees so much. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this chair.

I’ve been using this office chair for a while now, and it’s way more comfortable than I expected. The back support keeps me relaxed, and the headrest gives solid support when I’m sitting for hours. I really like how the armrests flip up and adjust, and the tilt lock makes it easy to find the right angle. The footrest is a great bonus when I want to kick back or stretch my legs, and the lumbar support feels just right — firm without being stiff. Overall, it’s a practical, comfy chair that makes working at my desk so much easier. It feels sturdy and well‑built, so I know it’ll last me a long time.

Easy to assemble, looks and feels great for back and larger people. The back support is adjustable and comfortable. The foot rest that extends out is hidden in the seat which I absolutely love so I don’t have to bend and fold to get my foot rest out just slide and recline. Arms are adjustable and move up and down. The only negative thing I have to say is the mesh seat is a little rough on skin so if you wear shorts it will leave a bit of an imprint but it feels more supportive than foam which I know from experience flattens over time where the mesh feels comfortable and strong.

at first it was ok, but now that ive spent a few weeks with it, i can say it is one of the most uncomfortable things ive ever sat in. if you arent wearing pants, or are sitting Criss cross and dont have socks on, the mesh cuts into your skin. there are only a few options for leaning it back, so if you have a certain way you like to sit that isnt laying down or sitting further forward than straight up forget about being comfortable. the arms lean back with the back of the chair so you cant use a mouse and keyboard if you arnt perfectly verticle. not to mention the wheels are garbage. if you do lean back the head rest doesn't help unless you plan on your head practically upside down. the back support just slips back to the bottom under any weight, and the chair as a whole is the heaviest office chair ive ever seen.. the only good thing about this is the mesh keeps you cool if you are sitting for long periods of time.
