I originally purchased this vest back in mid-2013 and thought I left a review. Well, I guess I didn't. So, here goes: I work construction as quality assurance / quality control and am around heavy equipment and other vehicles on an almost daily basis. Being seen is important and this vest fits the bill perfectly, as the first comment I heard from my coworkers was "Wow, that's bright!" which is what you want in a safety vest. If you need a vest with pockets, you can't go wrong with this vest. Inside, outside, chest and abdomen level, there is a pocket to fit your needs. The vest runs a little bit on the big side, but that is a good thing as I wear it over a Car---- jacket during the winter and I can still zip the vest close. During the summer months, the material is lightweight enough that you will not be uncomfortable. I am getting ready to order a replacement as in the past 5 years, I have had to wash it numerous times and the reflective stripes are almost to the point of not being reflective. Although the tag says the reflection will last through 25 washes, mine has lasted through more than that. I hate not being able to keep wearing my current vest, but, alas, it must be retired and I need a new one to meet our safety standards. I am again ordering this vest, and hope to wear it for another 5 years. ... show more

I work industrial construction as a heavy equipment operator and I maintain all the equipment I run so I get dirty, inevitably my vests get filthy with dirt, oils, grease, and concrete and so I have to switch to a new one every few months. These particular vests hold up well to washing (just tossed in with my other work wear) which extends their life for me, and when it is finally time to replace it it’s not a big deal since these are so inexpensive! Other brands and stores often sell reflective surveyors/engineers vests like this (vests with pockets) for double the price or more. I’m not a surveyor nor an engineer, just a hybrid of a heavy equipment operator and a laborer who needs pockets for my cigarettes, a spare battery for my rigs remote control, a second pack of smokes and backup lighter, as well as a bag with some nuts or something to snack on, this vest works well for me and the pockets hold up well. It’s irritating when I’ve had other brands more expensive vests and the chest pocket rips or the Velcro from a waist pocket pulls off the fabric, this vest however holds up well! ... show more

Very good product, the colors are very bright and visible the product fits perfect. The pockets are very well built and makes wearing the vest very convinent. Perfect saftey vest for any construction worker or if you have to do night work and need to be seen.

I love this vest! There's a lot of pockets and pen holders in the vest; and the pockets are big. I carry a lot of stuff with me as I do safety walks on a large power plant. Also great fit for me as I am a short, female. Bought one for my whole crew.

I've been buying this vest for the last 10 years, and the quality is really slipping. I used to only replace when it was too dirty or worn, but the last 3 years I've had to replace because the Velcro on the pockets keeps detaching. Otherwise vest/pocket configuration is fantastic

My husband's employer used to supply these, but recently stopped and only are giving the basic velcro ones. My husband absolutely loves these. There are plenty of pockets to hold everything, he loves the zipper and these last him a long time. Definitely recommend them.
