I finally finished construction on my work out area and added this to the room. It fits well in my 11x22 room. I just finished putting it together today 2/13/25. From unpacking to completion was 3 hours by myself. The instructions stated that two people are required but I didn’t have a second. For the most part I had no problem doing it by myself but there are three parts that attach to the top that another person could have helped. If you’re mechanically inclined you will have no problems. If not , get help. I have yet to use the equipment for its intended purpose and will have to revisit and edit this review. As far as what I can see I believe this will be a great piece of equipment. The moving parts, cables and slides, move surprisingly smooth. I’m mildly apprehensive about the strength of the smith bar, seems a little lite and may have to be extra mindful while using it. Great machine for working out. NOT great if you need replacement parts and try to contact seller and receive a message from Amazon stating the vendor has left the Amazon Store! That said, really great for working out and now for stressing out!! Buy at your own risk.

The cage has no issue with weight when doing heavy lifting. Very well balanced. The Barbell is sold with good grip. Pulley system is very smooth with light or heavy weight. You can adjust Pulleys to different levels to preform multiple exercises.

I have had this power cage for about a month and I have not regreted it. Easy to assemble, took me about 4 hours by myself. No longer I have to wait in the gym to use equipment. If you have the room for it and enjoye workingout I recommend it. You won't be disappointed.
