    • Paper Jams every time I try to scan documents. Buy something else!
Nothing to like; it is an expensive unit that doesn't deliver as described. Contacted EPSON and they will send a replacement, but no refund.     • Great if you buys their cartridges...
I have had this for a few months now and it has worked pretty well (kind of chokes on printing to photo paper since it leave track marks all over the photo) and handles a lot of different paper types. As soon as the original ink was used up, I bought some from Amazon that was guaranteed to work. It did in fact work and look exactly as the original did and I was very pleased for a few weeks. This morning, it asked to do a firmware update and as soon as it was done, it stated that there was a problem with the ink cartridge. The cyan had been working fine for weeks and now the printer is stuck and can't print because Epson decided to disable it because that was the only cartridge not one of the original Epson ones. VERY bad way to try to keep customers, I'm afraid my years of using and recommending their cartridge-based printers is over! ... show more

    • Worked great for two months
Printer was great, but like some other reviewers mentioned, after a short time it became impossible to use because it stopped being able to consistently connect to the router. The connection comes and goes, but mostly it's gone. There is no troubleshooting this. I've spent hours troubleshooting instead of printing, and the printer is unable to find the router despite being literally right next to it. Buyer beware. If you want you printer to last more than two months, buy another. ... show more
