This is the 3rd epson 3-in-1 machine I have purchased. It is pretty good quality for home office and low count printing. I would not recommended for small business that prints regularly and many pages (lets say 30 pages per day). Set up is not intuitive. I would use ET-Series for my small business.

i like the printer and it does everything i need it to do , which for me is print and scan, i type up and stuff off the internet that i need to print . i like the design of the printer and it doesnt take up much room .the ink is kind of high but i think youll find it less expensive on amazon ,and if your like me its best to buy the higher capacity ink cartridges .and im very impressed with the the print job it does. i think epson is a well respected name in the printing business which made me pick this printer . it was easy to set up , i installed it directlly to my desk top but you can also install it with wifi . a good price for a nice printer. ... show more

This printer was a big pain to set up. I had to download a driver, which took multiple attempts to set up. This is not just a plug in and go printer, so be prepared to spend some time setting it up. Now that it’s working, my chief complaint is that it regularly will grab 10-15 pages of paper as it’s printing, which messes up the print job. I have adjusted the paper tension, but it still continues to do this intermittently. It also seems to go through ink super fast and the ink cartridges are expensive. Overall, it’s okay. I got this for my home office and let me tell you it works fantastic. Nonissues connecting it or connecting to it via Bluetooth. Quality of prints is good and not to noisy while printing. We have printed roughly 200 pgs since purchase and so far so good.
