The ET-4700 ink-tank saves on money! Print quality is super! I use the ET-4700 to print hard copies from a course I’m taking, print a few ebooks and print/scan documents, also. I would never print out ebooks on anything other than an eco tank printer. Haven’t had to use tech support yet on this one, but with my first Epson eco-tank printer the tech support was always very helpful.     • Warranty Issues with Epson
If you purchase this item the seller will tell you that the warranty is honored by Epson manufacturer. This is not true, Epson states that the warranty is not honored due to the fact that the store is not an authorized seller of their products. Epson states they are a third party seller and Epson does not honor warranties for third party sellers. I have reported this to Amazon and am waiting on a reply. I am disappointed in the seller, Amazon and Epson regarding this issue! ... show more

Don't put the ink that comes with printer into the printer if your planning on using it for sublimation. Buy sublimation ink separately then add that you CAN NOT mix the two.

I bought this to use for sublimination. I’ve used it a lot and haven’t had it very long but I’m in love with this! Looked brand new! I would get sublimination ink if that’s what you’re wanting it for. 5 stars!

I totally love this printer....I bought this for my small business and converted it to a sublimination printer... So far, I've not been disappointed. I must admit, Initially I had issues getting it to work with my laptop. I unboxed it and and did the set up...It worked well, then my laptop had an update and I could not get the Printer to work...I then had to have it set up to my network. It's been working fine since. I wanted a printer that wouldn't require me to spend ridiculous amounts of money every time it needed ink. This printer gives me that. I was a bit disappointed it can't scan papers on both sides, so read the specifications carefully.
