The Expression ET-2750 EcoTank wireless all-in-one offers revolutionary cartridge-free printing with easy-to-fill, supersized ink tanks. It includes up to 2 years of ink in the box (1). That’s an incredible amount of ink — enough to print up to 5,200 pages (2), and equivalent to about 30 ink cartridge sets (3). Plus, it features auto-stop ink bottles with each color uniquely keyed for easy filling of each tank. And, you save up to 80 percent on ink with low-cost replacement bottles (4). The ET-2750 also offers convenient wireless printing from tablets and smartphones (5), plus Wi-Fi Direct (6) and auto 2-sided printing. 1. Based on average monthly print volumes of about 150 pages. 2. Included ink bottle yields based on the ISO/IEC 24712 pattern with Epson’s methodology. Actual ink yields will vary considerably for reasons including images printed, print settings, temperature and humidity. Yields may be lower when printing infrequently or predominantly with one ink color. All ink colors are used for printing and printer maintenance, and all colors must be available for printing. My husband bought this printer for work. He works from home, so I've been able to use it frequently as well and so far I'm loving it. I will say that setting it up was a nightmare. I'm far from technical guru, but do have moderate experience with computers and have set up several printers over the years. The main issue was getting the software on his work computer that does not have a CD drive. You can download the software from the Epson website, but for some reason it was extremely difficult to do. After downloading I would get an error message saying it was unsuccessful. After fighting with it for 3 days I finally got it setup, and I honestly have no idea how I did it so I cannot give any tips for others in a similar situation. After the initial headache though, it's been smooth sailing. I love the borderless printing option, it really does print all the way to the edge of the paper with excellent quality. The ink is super easy to load, and will save us a bundle of money over the life of the printer. You get a LOT of ink! The scanner on our last printer was awful. The picture quality was pathetic. This scanner is crazy good! We were both impressed with how well and clear the scanned images are. Same with the copier. I have no complaints whatsoever about this product and would absolutely recommend it without hesitation, although it'll be a lot easier to install if you have a CD drive to install the software. Once you have it set up, everything is very easy to use. The printer basically walks you through everything. If you can read, you can use this printer. The only thing my husband doesn't like is that you can only scan one page at a time and you have to place each page individually on the scanner/copier. He has to scan dozens of pages at a time, and he is used to putting a stack of pages in the printer all at once (the way you put blank paper in for printing). That's our fault though for not completely reading the product description before purchasing, so I certainly can't take away any stars for our own error. Overall, you really can't go wrong with this printer. I've been at my parents house over 100 miles away and can print things as if I were at home where the printer is. My only regret is not buying it 3 years ago. ... show more

We absolutely love this printer. First printer in a very long time that hasn't been an exercise in frustration. We've had it 9 months now. There are 6 of us in the house (2 adults/4 kids). With school work and other stuff, we do a fair amount of printing. After 9 months, the black ink level is still at 75% and the 3 color levels are still above 90%. I try to print in black whenever possible. This printer is really saving us a lot of money on ink. As far as print quality, no complaints. We've had very few errors, problems with drivers, paper jams, etc. In the past, my wife is usually asking me for printer help once a week. But she seems to have no issues with this printer. We generally just print on plain paper, no photos or high gloss material. So I can't comment on photo quality. The scanner works great. No complaints, works every time. Only suggestion would be to get the model with the bigger paper supply. We have to reload paper fairly often. It would be nice if we could just put 250 sheets of paper and forget about it for a month. We're mostly a Mac/OSX house, but two of my kids use Windows computers and use the printer. No complaints about either the OSX for Windows drivers. ... show more

If I had written a review when I first got this product then I would have given it five stars because the printing quality was good and the ease of installing the ink was quick and easy. HOWEVER, after using this NEW printer for only THREE MONTHS, the paper suddenly stopped feeding the paper all the way through, at first jamming and tearing the sheets. I print about 30 - 50 sheets a week. I called Customer Support the next business day (Monday) and was told that they will send me a REFURBISHED printer that was supposed to be "like new" and that I would receive it, with new ink, within a few days. Fed-Ex had other delivery plans and it took a week. I received the printer but, it did not have the power cord. Called Customer Support again and was told that I was supposed to hold onto the broken printer with the power cord and then send it back to them after I had received the replacement printer. HOWEVER, Epson had sent me two emails with replacement information and information on how to return the product (via Fed-Ex label) - none of which told me to hold onto the cord or to wait for my replacement printer before sending in the broken printer. I had already sent in the printer BECAUSE of their email instructions and because the first Customer Service agent had put a hold on my credit card for $179.00 until they had received their product and I was told that I had to send in the printer within 7 days. It took me a while to convince this second Customer Service agent that I had NOT been told to hold onto the power cord and that I had NOT been given that information in either email before he decided to send me another cord, that I should receive in 2-5 business days. Fortunately, I had not given away my CANON printer (yet) and was able to use it (I only replaced it because I hoped to save money on replacement ink, but still had to buy more while my Epson was out of service). Another reason why I like to wait and try a product before adding a review. The replacement printer looks really good - probably someone else's 3-month old printer that they had to return because it had broken. I have now have 8+ months of this manufacturer's warranty and I hope I won't have to use it again. UPDATE: The printer that Epson sent to me has died. I thought it was failing and I contacted Epson again only to find out that they concluded my warranty with slightly less than one month less than the 12-month warranty that was promised. Fortunately, I purchased a warranty from SquareTrade and now I have to send it to them with a promise of them fixing it (or having someone else fix it) within 2-5 days. It was full of ink and I am hoping that I will get the same back. ... show more
