The seller had extremely fast shipping, the printer was very well packaged and was received in excellent condition and is exactly as described. I hooked it up for my mom and we printed some things as a test and it works great. I love that the ink lasts longer than a cartridge, doesn't have the hazmat waste of a cartridge, and the ink is cheaper to buy than a cartridge. The print is not as sharp as some printers out there so if you're crafting and need a really crisp image you may or may not get it with this, but for my needs and my mom's, we love it. ... show more

It’s a ok printer and does its job. While I don’t use my printer every day, I do need to clean it every time when I try to use it to get a better printing quality. The ink does last really long. However, after about two three years having this printer, it stopped working because of the ink pad issue. I’m nor sure if it’s worth the price ... show more

Although much more temperamental than my former HP printer it still came forth (often with a lot of effort on my part- with incredible replications... esp in full color). However much would seem that ink tanks can be refilled at a much lower cost for print-per-sheet than the usual...when this printer reaches its "hardware" limits is well before filling the ink-tanks option!!!!! Therefor in the end it completely fails where it could be the absolute winner over all other printers!!! My EPSON 2720 failed after a few years with "hardware" issues that could not be taken care of as was out of warrantee! At least this has been my experience! Definitely this is a printer going in the right direction... however it was never designed to last.... which is terribly unfortunate for all of us!!! MY warrantee expired and I suddenly had hardware issues! Of course this would be nothing more than the "planned obsolescence" that consumers... all of us... have been subjected to for more than a century! My suggestion for this otherwise wonderful printer would be to go for the maximum extended warrantee!!! I would only hope you would never have to suffer what I have!!!!!!! * * * * * I forgot to add that with all the supposed savings for ink using ink tanks vs ink cartridges have been blown away as now I have all the ink refills I would need for another year going to waste! So much for saving on ink!!! I have yet to hear from the Epson people to help me through this!!! Like I already said this printer was made to last only a year or possibly more! Definitely don't waste your money on Epson printers. I've had nothing but issues with this printer since about 2 months after buying it. When I tried to use the warranty they told me it expired in June of 2021... I didn't even buy the printer until NOVEMBER 2022!! No help at all from their customer service. Just a total waste of money. ... show more

This is the worst purchase for a printer I ever made. We use our printer on occasion a few times a month. Whenever you turn it on after it's non-use for a few weeks even a couple of days you have to go through a the whole list of maintenance steps to get it to print a readable copy. From cleaning the heads to adjusting the color, etc....there's about 6 of them. These steps have to be performed EVERY time we use it. ... show more
