This smart toilet does everything. Water temperature is perfect. Flushing power and automatic flush is ideal. The foam shield is great for keeping the bowl clean and the deodorizer reduces any unwanted smells. It was easy to install and easy to use. I would buy it again.

I have now had this toilet for over a month and can't believe how much we love it. From the heated seat to auto flush this has a lot of features that are awesome to use on a daily basis. With some basic plumbing knowledge, it was super easy to install and have had no issues at all. I can't believe that we never installed one of these until now, buy one you will not be disappointed.

I really like this company. This is the second toilet I’ve purchased from them. Their customer service is excellent, the toilets are exceedingly well-made. And I love their look. This model is significantly less expensive than the first one I bought. It has all the same functions except for the automatic lid opening. I’ll admit that after getting used to the first model it’s become quite a chore to bend down and open the toilet lid! I feel like I’m living in the Stone ages. Seriously I highly recommend this. The foam shield is great, and this unit even has a deodorizing function. Here’s a tip: I recommend that you use a larger wax ring than the one provided. My plumber mangled the first one and had to use another taller wax ring. Highly recommend.

After visiting Japan, my spouse, daughter and I all greed that we must have a smart toilet. This E18 was a great choice. Installation is simpler than a standard toilet. The auto flush and foaming work well. The foot flush sensor works well for those of us who don't always sit. The night light, warm seat and warm bidet are especially welcome by the females in the household. The daughter, a public health professional, believes the popularity of these will grow because of the improved sanitation aspects of the smart toilet. In my pre-purchase research, one reviewer warned that these smart toilets might multiply in one's home. I now understand what they were explaining. I think I will be installing more of these.

Elegant design, loaded with features. Porcelain bowel is well finished and solid. Great value. Very easy install, took about 30 minutes. Wax ring was included. Much more sophisticated look than toilets with added on bidet seat. Which is what we had previously. Researched Toto and Kohler and EPLO. Impressed enough that we will be replacing our other 3 toilets with EPLO. Tech support is very responsive.
