The media could not be loaded. The Ephesus S6 electric scooter works well for my mobility issues as it is fast enough to keep up with the walkers beside me, powerful enough to ride over different terrains / slopes, and has great battery life. We struggled a bit with lifting the scooter initially. After talking with Jesse at Ephesus, we now know to remove the batteries to reduce weight and team lift as shown in the attached video. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Touch of a button on a remote - folds and unfolds. Easy! My wife also has a unit made by drive. It is so heavy, we cannot load it up on our trailer hitch on our crossover. This unit, I can pick it up and put it right in the hatch back. Nothing to putting together out of the box.     • Great scooter not the best customer service
Had several issues with this product. Customer service got it replaced quickly. One of the remotes does not work from beginning and I was promised replacement remotes that never arrived. No response after several more attempts to get new remotes. Spent lot of money on this scooter that folds up with ease of a remote for there to be no follow up service on remotes. Praying this remote doesn’t stop working since I don’t have strength to fold it manually. Sad I can’t get the replacement remotes as promised ... show more

To be honest, I don't know much about this scooter yet but I do know that they have fantastic customer service. My first one arrived broken. I was having a terrible time trying to return it via Amazon so I went straight to the company. They were so very, very helpful. The second one arrived in perfect condition, we pulled it out of the box and used the remote to unfold it. Worked perfectly. I took it for a little spin and I was surprised by the speed. I have to learn to control that so I can stay with those walking beside me. I'm going shopping this weekend for the first time in years! Yay! ... show more

Recieved the scooter about two months ago. It worked perfectly out of the box and is still functioning well. It has many features for the price. Mororized folding is a plus. I had some questions and contacted Ephesus several times. Their personnel were very personable and helpful.
