I am 72 and cannot lift it into my van by myself but someone is always traveling with me so they help putting it in and out of van. I am very glad I purchased this scooter that folds up so it takes up less space I have purchased front basket for it from company website and it is easy to attach. waiting to see if they develop basket for back of scooter. The media could not be loaded. I recently bought this scooter for my mom, so far she loves it. She folds and unfolds using the remote. This is more advance than the traditional scooters and easy to use. She is having problem with her knees and she even has trouble doing her daily routines. After buying this scooter we went to Disneyland with her. We travelled all day and there was still enough charge. She was really happy for being able to with us all day without any pain. It was definitely worth every penny! I strongly recommend it 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I had posted a negative review, but am happy to be able to say I lied. The company did get back to me. It took a few days, but I feel much happier now. UPDATE: Jesse, head of the outfit, called me directly and talked me down. He filled out the warranty form for me, since I still couldn't make it appear on my computer. I feel much better about purchasing this product. I think it is human nature not to return calls if one thinks the customer is a "difficult" person. Maybe that's the aura I gave off? I think it's always better to contact the customer, irate or not, rather than ignore them. I can only speak for myself, but I know I tend to get more upset the longer I wait. But if I can see that an effort is being made to help me, I calm right down. Am I so different from most folks? Anyway, I can recommend Ephesus. The one thing I would suggest to them is to work out the bugs in the website.

To be honest, I don't know much about this scooter yet but I do know that they have fantastic customer service. My first one arrived broken. I was having a terrible time trying to return it via Amazon so I went straight to the company. They were so very, very helpful. The second one arrived in perfect condition, we pulled it out of the box and used the remote to unfold it. Worked perfectly. I took it for a little spin and I was surprised by the speed. I have to learn to control that so I can stay with those walking beside me. I'm going shopping this weekend for the first time in years! Yay!

Liked scooter when first used, now a year + later and the frame is out of alignment, the fasteners coming loose and need constant attention and customer service does not respond to queries for help. Also since it is no longer available through Amazon it's unlikely that this review will make any difference.

The media could not be loaded. Touch of a button on a remote - folds and unfolds. Easy! My wife also has a unit made by drive. It is so heavy, we cannot load it up on our trailer hitch on our crossover. This unit, I can pick it up and put it right in the hatch back. Nothing to putting together out of the box. Slip in the batteris. Slide on the arm rests if you want them.
