Installed in 2011 chevy silverado 2500hd. Exact fit. Comes with all the modules. Be sure to watch some YouTube videos on the installs and functions so you have an idea what to expect. Basically its a tablet integrated for your truck. A few things that need improvement are the screen brightness when it integrated with the vehicle lights. If my fog lights are turned on during the day the screen dims way to low. Played with the auto dim but not really improving. Screen can get plenty bright to counter problems in the past with glare no complaints there. The turn signals and chimes for door and back up sensors are integrated into the factory radio so this unit has to do this as well but it is done by a small maybe 2in speaker like would come with a child's electronic circuit set. Sound is terrible but when i muffle it slightly with tape like i seen and heard on YouTube it could barely be heard behind my dash. Which was fine for door chime and even turn signals but the reverse sensor chime i felt needed to be more pronounced so i removed a small ¼in by ¼in section of tape in the center and now it is quite loud especially for turn signals. I am back and forth about the volume buttons on one hand they are small to press while driving but it allows for the larger screen so i tolerate the trade. This unit came with the modules for canbuss and my steering wheel controls. Not all functions seem to work properly on the steering wheel volume works properly but station favorites work opposite. Telephone call button works but end call doesn't. Also am not sure about contact information because when a call is made or received the phone number is shown on the screen but not the contact. May just be a setting in the unit. All in all it is a cheaper way to upgrade the old 2011 OEM radio for Bluetooth and functionality with a great look. Has a lot of different customizations and settings and i haven't even began to check them all.

I purchased this item because it came with the required wire harness adapter for my vehicle (2008 GMC Acadia SLT1) and Eonon seemed to have good reviews. The head unit installation was very easy, all the harnesses plugged right in and took very little time. Running the wires and installing the backup camera is what took a lot of time and took a little adaptation. If you do this on this vehicle, try running the wires from the head unit along the driver side of the vehicle because the wires going into the GMC trim piece above the license plate (where I installed the backup camera) is on the driver side so, my wires were a about a foot short since I ran along the passenger side. But everything works fantastic. Screen is nice quality. The steering wheel controls work for the volume and track skipping and the backup turning lines work with the camera (my trim had no stock backup camera). Android Auto and Carplay both work wirelessly. I feel like I'm driving a newer vehicle!

Avoid at all costs. Android auto connects only when it feels like it. Steering wheel controls worked for a while and then the track skip function stopped but volume still worked. The biggest problem is after taking a roadtrip recently and driving over an overpass on the interstate...the screen went black on me and the audio shut off. Screen and audio will come back to life when you press on the screen in the right spot and it's hit or miss as to how long it'll stay on/working. Something internal to the screen is loose or broken from normal driving on interstate 17 in Arizona. Seems to me that a headunit for a vehicle would be able to take the bumps of road without turning in to a paperweight. I reached out to their customer service and was told to remove it to check for loose wires. Which I did and no wires were loose. They also told me to reinstall my stock radio to rule out any issues with my truck. Which I did and then drove the same section of interstate with no issues at all. We will see what they say going forward but with other reviews alluding to poor customer service I am betting that I'll be left high & dry by Eonon and with $100+ paperweight. DO NOT BUY. They have also been caught lying about specs on these from what other reviews have stated. Mainly advertising Android 13 but running on Android 12 or later and also falsely stating higher RAM & ROM specs than what you get. If you want buy a brick just go buy a brick. They are way cheaper!

I installed this Eonon Q80Pro in a 2013 Chevy Impala. I’m happy with the touch screen and the sound. It looks great in the dash. I’ve installed a few aftermarket stereos, and this was the easiest install I have ever done. I agree that the small speaker used for the blinker doesn’t have the best sound. But don’t completely cover it or you won’t be able to hear it well enough. My main use for the stereo is the CarPlay. The only time I’m not in CarPlay is when I need to change a setting. For that reason, I’m sure I’m not using this stereo to it’s full potential. I started out using the wireless CarPlay option. I had the stereo configured to automatically launch the TLink app (CarPlay) and connect to my phone wirelessly after booting. Unfortunately, I had issues with this. After a few minutes the stereo would randomly disconnect. And when that happened it was very difficult to get reconnected. So, I switched to wired CarPlay and that has worked flawlessly. I have the stereo configured to launch the TLink (CarPlay) app automatically when I plug my phone in. This is the only reason for 4 stars over 5. Another quirk is there are problems with the reverse image if you put the car in reverse before the stereo fully boots. Sometimes I get a blank screen and sometimes I get the image without the guidelines. And it doesn't recover unless you take it out of reverse and put it back. But in comparison, the Kenwood I replaced this with did the same thing. Boot times are only an issue when the car sits for more that 24 hours. Otherwise, it boots quite fast. The customer service is good. They have responded to any of my inquiries within 24 hours. I was very hesitant to get an android head unit. So many mixed reviews made it difficult to make the decision. I was comparing this unit with other aftermarket brand stereos. And when I compared prices, this unit came out on top because the adapter kits needed for other stereos made the Eonon much more affordable. I don’t know about the other models, but I do recommend the QPro models. I am planning to get another one for my truck soon.

To be honest, I was skeptical at first mainly because of other negative reviews. So far so good. No issue at all. Factory harness ready so all I had to do was plug-n-play. Factory chimes, RAP, all remained unlike other aftermarket head units. My only hope is that the unit would last a long time, at least a few years. The last thing I wanna see is the unit breaks right after the warranty expires. But so far so good and much better than expected.

I installed this a couple of months ago and use it daily. Bad points: Screen is VERY reflective. I had to tint the back window to remove most of the reflection (I have a 1500 work truck, so the rear window is touching the front seat headrests.) The volume buttons are TEENY and easy to miss. Takes about 40 seconds to boot. The radio sometimes works and sometimes not when starting the vehicle. I usually have to change stations for it to work. Sometimes I need to power cycle it. Radio reception is mediocre at best. Many of the apps are bloatware and useless. Only 2 USB ports, and if you use the front camera it takes up one of them. Instructions are wonky. Can't find a single remote control that works with it. I did not think I'd need one, but reaching to the radio and making sure I hit the right buttons - while driving - can be annoying. A remote would be nice. Can't update Android - it's locked into the installed version. USB ports slow charge, so if you're using android auto with streaming music and GPS, the charge can't keep up to the phone battery drain. Good points: Fits absolutely perfectly. 45 minute install from start to finish, not counting the camera. The camera took a couple of hours and that was pulling up carpeting and trim, running wires, tie-strapping in place and splicing - the included wire fell shore by three feet. Plenty of volume. Has mic, GPS antenna, and a small speaker for car tones (turn signal, etc.) Mic, GPS antenna and speaker all have plenty of wire so placement can be pretty much anywhere. Supports external amps. Rear cam video is excellent. Android auto works great. Can install pretty much any app from the Android play store. Bright screen, decent radio app. Can use other radio apps, but only their app will resume automatically when starting the vehicle. For the price ($200 when I purchased it) it's decent. I'd have had to pay twice that for another unit with the model specific install kit and wiring harness. No special programming - it was literally plug and play - once I figured out the instructions. I also spent a few hours on their FB page getting community help for some settings since they were not in the manual. If you want a super-simple install, it's fantastic. If you want overall quality and functionality, it's nothing special. Would I get it again? Probably not. Lack of a remote is a much bigger issue that I thought and the screen glare makes it unusable if the sun is coming in the back window. Oh yea - I have one of those auto insurance dongles that plugs into the ODB II port. This unit came with an ODB-II port reader and you can get real-time stats. Pretty cool. But their included app did not work - I had to download a couple until I found one that allowed protocol selection. I tried a "Y" connector to have both hooked up. Bad idea. Every time the ODB-II reader read the data, it disconnected the insurance company reader. Not sure if that's the fault of the vehicle or reader, but it's worth a mention. My insurance driving score was 1 star because they thought I was unplugging the reader when driving. I straightened that out, got rid of the "Y" and now I'm 5 stars.

I installed this 1/1/23 on a 2010 Silverado LT, I have the usb port for iPod/flash drive connection too. Installing the unit took me about 3 hours. Probably about 2 hours were spent debating myself on where to install and then installing the GPS and external mic so both looked factory or not visible. The electrical install instructions could be a little better, but after watching some videos it was easy. Only a couple complaints about the system after installing: 1: like a few others are saying, the door/key chime is very loud. I covered all but 5 of the speaker holes with duct tape and then tucked it behind the radio. This made it pretty close to the stock volume. 2: the steering wheel controls for next/last station are reversed. I haven’t been able to figure out how to reassign these, but that’s not a huge deal. Otherwise, this is a very nice system. The unit looks very clean and brings an older rig up to modern standards radio wise. I will update this review if I start seeing issues after more usage.

I spent some time doing my due diligence on researching these Android headunits. There's a handful that are very much the same just rebranded. I will say for the price, and what's available on the market you cannot go wrong with this unit. Instal was fairly simple, slightly confusing with all if the harnesses bundled together. It just looks worse then it actually is. Just plug them in to their corresponding connections, reinstal unit and your good to go. It's really not complicated. Spend some time setting it up to really get full enjoyment out of it. Essentially just basic settings to play with like clock default, and switching to American units etc. I've had it installed for nearly a month now, and it does exactly what I want it to do. I've read some people have had some issues with carplay and other things but I've had zero issues. I've made recommendations to people I know. All in all I'd say just get it, for the cost it's really worth it compared to other units available. The display is great, the customization is great, it fits well and I really like the flush mount. I haven't got much negative to say up to this point. I will update if anything presents itself.
