Fuel transfer equipment always sounds simple until somebody spends twenty minutes wrestling a heavy fuel can while trying not to spill diesel everywhere. This Ensurix 12V transfer pump makes the process far more manageable and feels designed for regular work use rather than occasional light duty fueling. The heavy duty construction gives it a sturdy industrial feel, and the included hose, auto shutoff nozzle, and mounting hardware help create a fairly complete setup right out of the box. Once installed on a transfer tank, the whole system immediately felt much more efficient than relying on gravity and questionable arm strength. Performance was fairly solid during testing with both diesel and gasoline transfers. The flow rate moved fuel quickly enough for tractors, trucks, and equipment without creating long waiting periods. The 20 GPM claim feels reasonably believable under proper setup conditions with good voltage and unrestricted flow. The auto shutoff nozzle also worked consistently enough to avoid accidental overfilling, which is always appreciated because fuel cleanup somehow spreads farther than basic physics suggests. Installation requires some mechanical confidence and decent wiring practices. The 2 inch NPT mount fit properly, but tightening fittings and checking seals carefully before operation is definitely important. The instructions cover the essentials, though they assume users already understand basic transfer pump installation concepts. I set this up for transferring fuel for equipment and larger tanks, and it definitely feels more like commercial-grade equipment than a lightweight consumer pump. So I purchased this pump for a 250gl fuel tank that stays on the farm. Set up was super easy and so far I have had NO issues with it. However I have only used it to fill my tractor once and I have to say, It's super fast! What a game changer for me. No more fuel cans! Whoop Whoop! BUT........ time will tell with its longevity. I rated this 4 stars only because the filter that comes with the pump is garbage. The internal parts to the filter moved around inside and are no sealed. There is no way it would ever filter anything. Not a deal breaker tho, just went to the parts store and got a wix filter to replace it. If you purchase this unit, which I do recommend be prepared to purchase a new filter, the factory one is no good.

I picked this up for transferring diesel into our tractor and other equipment on our property. After wrestling with fuel cans for years, this is a huge upgrade. The pump moves fuel quickly and makes refueling much easier and cleaner. The auto shutoff nozzle is a nice feature and helps prevent spills when filling equipment. Build quality feels solid and heavy duty, not like some of the lighter transfer pumps I've used before. Installation was straightforward, and once connected to a good 12V power source it worked exactly as expected. The hose length gives plenty of reach around equipment, and the flow rate is fast enough that you're not standing around waiting. Overall, this has been a great addition to the property and saves a lot of time when fueling the tractor and other diesel equipment.

It definitely stands apart from cheaper, lightweight pumps in both construction and performance. Performance is where this unit really shines. The high flow rate (around 20 GPM) makes a huge difference when transferring fuel—you’re not standing around waiting forever, especially when filling larger tanks or equipment. It handles both diesel and gasoline efficiently, and once set up, it runs smoothly and consistently every time. The included components round out the package nicely. The hose is made from durable materials and doesn’t feel flimsy, and the fuel dispenser nozzle is solidly built as well. The auto shut-off feature is a great addition, helping prevent spills and making the process cleaner and less stressful. It also feels like a complete kit, with everything you need to get started without having to track down extra parts. Installation is straightforward, and the 2” NPT mount integrates well with transfer tank setups. Once everything is in place, it performs exactly as you’d expect from a higher-end pump—reliable, fast, and capable of repeated use. The only small improvement I’d suggest is with the vinyl wrap on the handle. This fuel pump is heavy duty and it is physically very heavy as well. By that I mean it is totally solid. I'm using it for diesel and gasoline as necessary. Mostly I use it for diesel to fill construction vehicles. Small farm type construction vehicles. It's very fast at 20 gallons per minute and I can quickly fill tanks. I have not seen any leakage at all. The hose is very high quality and the dispensing nozzle is very high quality and the handle is high quality. The valves are very good. The motor is quiet. Even the included filter is quite good. This is been very reliable for me for 2 months now. Very easy to use. Was easy to install and wire up to my truck. I love it. Oh, and it's a low price for all these features and good quality too.

This is the way to transfer fuel. Much nice than doing it by hand. The construction is pretty good. The pickup tube is a bit short of a 55gal drum. You would have to adjust it for that. But it is an easy adjustment.
