So I purchased this pump for a 250gl fuel tank that stays on the farm. Set up was super easy and so far I have had NO issues with it. However I have only used it to fill my tractor once and I have to say, It's super fast! What a game changer for me. No more fuel cans! Whoop Whoop! BUT........ time will tell with its longevity. I rated this 4 stars only because the filter that comes with the pump is garbage. The internal parts to the filter moved around inside and are no sealed. There is no way it would ever filter anything. Not a deal breaker tho, just went to the parts store and got a wix filter to replace it. If you purchase this unit, which I do recommend be prepared to purchase a new filter, the factory one is no good.

This 12V gas and diesel fuel transfer pump is a powerful, complete kit that makes moving fuel from a transfer tank much easier. The pump feels heavy-duty and well-built, and the included auto nozzle, hose, and filter provide everything needed for a straightforward installation. The 20GPM flow rate is impressive and makes fuel transfer quick and efficient. The overall quality is excellent, and this is a great setup for use with trucks, equipment, and other applications where reliable fuel transfer is needed. The components feel durable, and having the full kit included adds a lot of convenience. A couple of installation notes: the filter base does not have a visible indicator showing the correct direction of flow, so make sure to verify the flow direction and install it correctly before use. Also, the electrical connection should be properly protected with a fuse, and adding a switch is a good idea if you want the ability to completely turn the pump off without disconnecting power. With those installation considerations addressed, this is an excellent fuel transfer pump that delivers strong performance and great value. It’s a solid choice for anyone needing a dependable 12V fuel transfer solution.

Fuel transfer equipment always sounds simple until somebody spends twenty minutes wrestling a heavy fuel can while trying not to spill diesel everywhere. This Ensurix 12V transfer pump makes the process far more manageable and feels designed for regular work use rather than occasional light duty fueling. The heavy duty construction gives it a sturdy industrial feel, and the included hose, auto shutoff nozzle, and mounting hardware help create a fairly complete setup right out of the box. Once installed on a transfer tank, the whole system immediately felt much more efficient than relying on gravity and questionable arm strength. Performance was fairly solid during testing with both diesel and gasoline transfers. The flow rate moved fuel quickly enough for tractors, trucks, and equipment without creating long waiting periods. The 20 GPM claim feels reasonably believable under proper setup conditions with good voltage and unrestricted flow. The auto shutoff nozzle also worked consistently enough to avoid accidental overfilling, which is always appreciated because fuel cleanup somehow spreads farther than basic physics suggests. Installation requires some mechanical confidence and decent wiring practices. The 2 inch NPT mount fit properly, but tightening fittings and checking seals carefully before operation is definitely important. The instructions cover the essentials, though they assume users already understand basic transfer pump installation concepts. Some online reviews also mentioned occasional loose fittings or needing additional thread sealant during setup, and there were a couple connections here that benefited from extra tightening before first use. The explosion proof motor housing adds some peace of mind during operation, especially around gasoline fumes and outdoor fueling environments. The pump itself does generate noticeable operating noise, though that feels fairly normal for equipment moving fuel this quickly. This pump is fast and efficient. It’s very simple and easy to use. It is easy to use and doesn’t leak at all. It saves a lot of time and effort when trying to transfer gas from drums into equipment. It’s a good price for nice quality. Overall I like its quality and performance and all for a reasonable price.
