How to Store? When the pump is not being used for long periods of time, take the pump out of the drum, make sure no remaining fuel is in the hose, and wipe it down with a cloth before storing it. Make sure to take the batteries out as they may corrode overtime. What to do when the Pump does not operate even after pressing ON? 1) Make sure power cord is securely connected to one of 3 power options. 2) Impeller motor might have seized a) disconnect form power b) Find the impeller blades and give them a spin to break free any residue from fuels What to do if Pump performance is low? Elevation of the receiving container / tank is higher than the pump (Try placing the pump higher than the receiving container / pump, let gravity do the work) How to Use the Flow Controller? 1) Pull nozzle lever and turn the nozzle hook left / right towards 6 o'clock direction to increase the flow. 2) Before the overflow, turn the nozzle hook to 12 o'clock direction and release the nozzle lever to stop the flow.

I would rate this product less than one star if possible. Worked great for the first few times. Tried using it today and the hose connecting the pump to the handle split in half. Luckily, I was using i for water based soap products, so cleanup was easy. However, with the hose connection broken, the pump cannot be used. Unit seems to be made well, and has multiple power options. I have this hooked into a bluetti power station for its portability. The flow rate is perfect for the liquid I am using it for since it keeps the foam to a minimum and it does not come out of the container. I am glad they came out with this and I'll be getting more. I bought the 3 year asurion warranty since this will get lot of use and cheap to replace if anything happens. ... show more

This pump fit perfectly on a 55 gallon drum and install was easy. The flow is at a normal pace and works exactly as described. i thought the pricing was fair for the quality of the product.

Nowhere in the product listing does it mention that the pump keeps running even when the tap is closed. It just keeps circulating the water — pumping it up and letting it spill back into the barrel. Obviously, this leads to overheating. The pump shuts off after about 10 minutes and won’t restart for another 20. This is critical information that should be clearly stated in the product description. ... show more

    • Doesn't screw into drum.
Works well, however the collar is too wide to fit down and thread into the plastic drum due to the lip where the normal drum lid goes. So you have to hold it upright or put a weight on it. I can't count the number of times it has flopped out while filling equipment.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I used this pump for 1 month once a week and it has already failed. It turns on and shuts off immediately.
