    • WORST DTF PRINTER EVER!!
I had previously owned this same DTF printer but it was a Prestige Printer. Prestige no longer carried the A3+R so I purchased this one since it was the same type printer I had. The EnjoyColor would not install on my new laptop. I had to download the What's App to communicate with someone. They dialed into my laptop and installed the printer. I then started getting a virus alert on my phone since that's what I used to chat with them. The printer made the test print they did but hasn't printed anything since. I've continued to do daily maintenance. The printer keeps throwing errors to clean the waste ink. I've been working on resetting it for almost a month now with no success! I would rather weed vinyl than I had to deal with EnjoyColor printer and I DESPISE weeding vinyl. Buy ANYTHING and from ANYONE other than EnjoyColor! Respectfully Alabama Buyer ... show more

    • I can't even install the software onto my computure.
I can’t even tell you if the printer or the oven works or not. The software with the program and drivers will not install onto my computer. My antivirus detects threats, deletes, and quarantines files, and nothing will work. I am very, very disappointed. ***Update*** I contacted the software company and asked for an updated version; the one sent with the machine is a ridiculously old version. I will add the response I received. I then contacted the seller and asked them to send me the updated, correct software. The only way they would "help" me was to have me download the "WhatsApp" app, give them my information, and then remotely control my computer. I told them I was uncomfortable with that solution and would like the correct program. I requested a return, hoping that if I could even return the program they sent me, I could buy one that would work. No deal. They canceled my return request. They claimed that they had solved my technical issue. So, full takeaway: if you're comfortable letting strangers remotely go through your computer, removing your anti-virus software, and giving you off-brand and outdated software, then you're good. I will take the lesson learned here, buy licensed software, and pray that it will work with this machine. I am seriously wishing I would have gone a different route. ... show more

    • Learning process
I come to realize you have to use windows 7/8/10 which I had windows 11 and it would not load thank god I had my old computer and got the software loaded it’s a work in progress but with some patience I’m determined to learn it ! The equipment is well made so just hope to get it learn everything so I can start making some items ! Time an patience is needed for sure ! Emailed tech support and had me running in no time !     • This Printer Did Not Print At ALL Straight Out Of The Box
When we set the printer up we followed the tutorial and the video. The software puts 3 trojans on your computer. Tech support was helpful until we got to a point and the ink light would not go off. Then he told me he needed to send a new part. Tech support only contacts you through WhatsApp they do not do live calls to help with your issues. This makes things difficult. After the ink light wouldn't go off he some how removed my software and told me he could not re-install it. I factory reset my computer. Afterwards, he told me I need to try another computer. I have not opened the oven because the printer won't work. I will be returning this product if it does not work with another computer. I am frustrated and disappointed. ... show more

    • Only language we could get on the flash drive was Chinese.
Couldn’t find any information on this. Even called Best Buy and payed the geek squad to help us. They recommended to send it back. It was a nightmare. No instructions came with this
