I bought these after a lot of shopping and cross referencing with the official HM replacement parts website. The size is almost exact to the originals, and the design is a very close match in function and appearance. Installation was very easy, they seemed a bit loose but have stayed in the sockets even when turning the chair over for cleaning and other repairs. On a hard floor mat over plush carpet they are very smooth and don't bind when changing directions quickly. Overall, they are performing well and are a good value as replacements for factory casters. I'm pleased so far, and optimistic they'll last a good while.

The casters on our dining room chairs were causing issues with our laminate flooring. I like my table and chairs and was upset because I thought I would have to replace them, but then I came across these on Amazon and problem solved! The old casters popped right out and we replaced them with these easy glide feet. I was worried they would look out of place, but they are perfectly fine. The plastic feet slide effortlessly and now I can keep my dining chairs that I love! I also bought the taller/larger set for my rolling office chair (home office is in dining room, so same issue with floors). The larger size replaced the larger rolling wheels of that chair perfectly. Very pleased with the purchase of both types of glides. And the price was awesome!!

Easy to install and the chair is more accessible to elderly person. No danger of rolling back as they're trying to sit and it doesn't slide unnecessarily but i can still shift it easily with a person sitting in it and not scratch the floors

These are perhaps slightly expensive but I didn't want the rollerblade type wheels since I'm using a chair floor mat over carpet and those tend to push down too much with a single point of contact. These have two actual wheels per unit so the weight is better distributed so as not to damage the carpet underneath my plastic mat as much. Plus, they have a nice stock look. I upgraded to the 3" larger ones in order to bring the height of my chair slightly higher so I have more adjustability in terms of height. The 3" ones also roll a bit easier too. These do the job but it remains to be seen just how long they will last. I will try to update this review to share the progress over time.

popped them into my chair, chair is now on them. i sit in chair. chair supports my weight. chair is fixed. slides smooth on floor. chair is good. feet are good. casters are good. good good good. seriously, what more do you want to know? you put them in the chair. lol

So these are basically just like the original Aeron wheels for my chair. They pop right in. Similar height. Your chair may vary. Mine is a classic Aeron chair - about 15+ years old now. These are the standard software wheels for wooden floors - so it doesn't scratch, and doesn't roll SO easily that you roll away! Skate wheels WILL MAKE YOU roll in directions you do not want to go. Trust me! They were inexpensive - I think the original Aeron versions are the same price for ONE as the entire set here! Pretty sure they'll last... the others might have lasted, too... just accumulated a lot of dust that got compressed...etc. etc. A great buy!
