i dont really leave reviews but this one deserved it. the wheels are sleek, theyre a very good size for the herman miller aeron and were easy to install. it does raise you about an inch or 2 up but its nothing, i might be tripping but the chair also felt a bit more firm when sitting down but i genuinely cant tell, still it is very comfortable. i weigh 215lbs and they roll quietly and smooth against the floor with little effort when rolling, i dont have it on hardfloor so i use it on carpet and its perfect! doesnt get caught or anything, thanks 🙏

These wheels work great on wood floor and roll 100% better than the wheels that came with the chair. I purchased them because one of the original wheels was lost during a move and am so happy that happened as now have much better wheels on my chair.

Installation not too secure. Feels as though wheels will fall off if the chair is picked up. I purchased these only because OEM wheels were OOS, with a long lead-time. Time will tell if they hold up.

Fit my Steelcase Gesture perfectly and much less expensive than the Steelcase replacement wheels. No more loud thump when a wheel comes off my chair floor protector when it hits our hardwood floors with the original wheels meant for carpet.

These are pretty cheaply made casters. I’m replacing some other 2” casters of the same price with these 3” casters, and these are not nearly as well made. They don’t click as firmly into the chair legs of my Aeron chair. The rollers that make contact with the floor are shiny cheap looking plastic.

I had bought rollerblade style wheels for my home office chair. That was horrible and the chair would often be at an angle it would not roll. Went back to this style caster and everything is great. Thank you!

These are perhaps slightly expensive but I didn't want the rollerblade type wheels since I'm using a chair floor mat over carpet and those tend to push down too much with a single point of contact. These have two actual wheels per unit so the weight is better distributed so as not to damage the carpet underneath my plastic mat as much. Plus, they have a nice stock look. I upgraded to the 3" larger ones in order to bring the height of my chair slightly higher so I have more adjustability in terms of height. The 3" ones also roll a bit easier too. These do the job but it remains to be seen just how long they will last. I will try to update this review to share the progress over time.
