Very impressed with battery which ran almost a full hour. Recharges relatively quickly. Wish the company made it "easier" to acquire a 2nd battery and at a lower price. The water pail is funky and worthless -- it collapses as it empties. The netted bag which is too small to hold what came in the box. The unit itself is tough and although the pressure is less than conventional pressure washers, it still had enough pressure to do what I need it to do.     • Wrong power plug.
The electrical plug for the charger was not suited to New Zealand power outlets, so I had to purchase an adapter.

It works ok, but it's kubda complicated. The bucket is weird. Works for Wray I need. I was going to send it back, but missed the window.

    • Work great but loose cord fit
I gave a 4 star, because the water hose that it comes with is not a tight fit, every time i hook it up and turn it on water comes out the fitting about the size of a pencil. So im almost always getting wet from...other then that its great with some serious power, which is the only reason i didn't return it. ... show more

I literally bought it just to clean my engine bay. I need something that was portable and didnt need to be hooked up to work. The package comes with a supplied collapsible bucket!! I thought it was going need a refill but just the one was good enough. The setup was fast and actual process of using it. One note if its the first time using it it takes a hot second for the water to actually go through the system. The only real improvement I would like is a battery indicator on the unit self or battery. ... show more

The fourth time it was almost impossible to attach the wand. 10 minutes later, when finally in place, it would have some power for 10-15 seconds then just a drizzle. Now I can’t connect the wand at all.

This pressure washer has worked great so far and is easy to set up and use. Being cordless has made it much more convenient than my old plug-in electric pressure washer. In general, it's been helpful for spring cleaning so far - I’ve been using it to clean my dirt / mildew / mold covered fence in the back yard and it’s made a huge difference (see photos comparing the part that I cleaned with the small area that hasn't been cleaned yet). It has easily removed the majority of green stuff and dirt off of my fence. It has also worked well on my outdoor furniture (chairs and a small table). My next project is to clean some of my kids’ outdoor toys and play house, and I trust that the pressure washer will do a great job with those things as well! ... show more

I was very impressed by this power washer. The battery lasted a very long time without losing power, it was easy to assemble and to use. I love that I do not need to be near a water source or run a hose in order to use it but can have a bucket next to me and work wonders. I used it to power wash the outside of the house and mixed soap and bleach in the water before spraying it and it did a great job at melting away lot of the dirty and green stuff.
