Bike came all scratched and dinged up. I would have expected more for a $2k bicycle. But seller is in China so it takes 2-3 days to get a response from them. Not a good way to sell in America.

    • Fun but HEAVY
This bike is well made, has a unique design (lots of compliments) and is foldable. However, the X26 is a bit on the heavier side rendering the folding/portability feature almost impractical.

I've had my ENGWE X26 for 2 months. It hasn't worked from the beginning and as I type this, it's still in pieces in my garage. The bike was defective from the beginning. I reached out to them via email and they asked my to prove the issue on video. After multiple videos, they sent me a part. Just the part. No instructions. Replacing this part is not an easy task. As if they expect all customers to be a mechanic; I am not. After emailing them again to let them know that I am, in fact, NOT a tech, they sent me two youtube videos. This does not help!
