We had to have help w/ running it b/c of LACK of DIRECTIONS, no toll free calling line, and could not figure out the parking brake (I damn near sent it back). I did not realize lead/acid battery whereas more expensive carts had more modern batteries. I have idea how one could replace this battery. Speed/ power are more than basic/acceptable. I did NOT expect it to be comfortable & there is barely enough room for one's feet. But was 1/4 price of one I had considered & "get what you pay for." No support from company or Amazon. Way too heavy for seniors to use !! Don’t buy it. Even though satisfaction is assured.
