The first one didn’t work but we had no problem reordering it and haven’t had any problems with the second one. It’s a great first camera and it’s just a fun camera no other games on it which I purposely wanted. He remembers it and will go get just to take a pic of his dog, ect. The moment that I opened the package, my nephew had a huge smile on his face. Of course, he had no idea what it is but he loves bright colors and he wanted it haha once I charged it up and turned it on, it was a simple snap and go camera. The frames that are offered are super cute and he especially had fun with the selfie mode. It did take a bit to understand the buttons and all that, but everything else was pretty self explanatory. I also liked the fact that it already includes an SD card for you. Definitely something fun for the kids to take their own photos!
