I installed it to replace a burnt out receptacle. Installation was easy. However, I tried to plug something into it and it is extremely difficult to plug anything into it. One of the two outlets I was able to get half of the plug prongs into it but was too unstable to actually use and the other one was impossible to get any of the plug into it. I contacted the seller for customer support and they finally responded made some suggestions and offered to replace with two new ones that they will test before sending out to me. These work as intended - the only thing I would say is, because of the child safety features, you really have to force the plugs into the outlets.

I didn’t realize it was a bit smaller than our existing outlets so we need to take off the plate and fix the paint/texture from the previous plate. But it is nice quality for the cost and it looks nice. I love not having white or cream outlets with a gold plate. I think it elevates the look. Very happy.
