The output of the bulb is bright on high it really illuminates the room. This replaced a fluorescent. It is bigger in size than an A19. So far I'm loving it.

Great 3-way light bulbs

I have a fondness for 3-way light bulbs in my floor lamps. I also have a 3-day touch lamp on my bedside table. It's gotten difficult to find incandescent light bulbs and I wasn't sure that 3-way LED bulbs existed. So I was excited to find these and am thrilled to report that they work great everywhere I've tried them. I love the variety of light they provide - softer light for casual lighting up to bright, clear light when I really need to see.

Bright light (take note of the bulb size)

Unfortunately, these don’t fit well in the fixture where I intended to use them. (My fault for not reading the size, which is clearly given in the product description.) On testing in a different fixture, I find the brightness good and the color quality pleasant (I prefer 3500K, which is hard to find, but this 3000K is close enough).

These are like having the sun in your house! Wow! I feel like having these bulbs in all your lights would cure seasonal depression. It at the very least, mess with your sleep cycles 😅 They're fantastic for rooms you want daylight bright

These light bulbs are bright. They came well packaged. The energy efficiency hasn't increased my energy bill. They have been plugged in for a while and they've lasted.

3Way is backwards!

I really like these bulbs however they do take some getting used to. When you screw the bulb in & turn the light on it is at the highest brightness. Turn the knob again, it’s at medium brightness. Third turn is lowest brightness. I use them in our bedroom & once I put one bulb in, after a few days of listening to yelling about what’s wrong with the bulb, I went ahead & put another one in the other bedside table lamp even though it was fine. When you turn it on, our normal is low, med, bright,. So both lamps work the same. Yes, they are bright, but more on cool side as opposed to warm white, but it’s not a game changer. Since they are LED they are much more energy efficient than incandescent lightbulbs which is the reason I bought them, but I have had other LED 3way bulbs last longer in the same lamps. Oh, & all of the bulbs in the order worked perfectly the first time I tested them.
