While I run and generally stay pretty healthy, my body temp was constantly about 1.5 degrees low. Did blood tests that found nothing and doc wasn't concerned, said it might be a vitamin deficiency. I tried another brand of vitamin first that was great, but it was over $1 per day to take. Since I take the liver supplement, I decided to try this one. So far, so good! I have more energy, my skin color actually looks better, and my body temp is back to normal. I take one with breakfast and one with dinner (it's two pills per day). There are a few things to consider when purchasing. First, make sure you take with food like it says. If you don't, you will burp the flavor of the vitamin, over and over. Not good! Next, be ready for your urine to turn neon yellow and smell like the vitamin. Finally, the pill is HUGE! It's not hard for me to take, but I can imagine for certain people, it will be too much. Outside of that, this is a great vitamin and is a great value.

I like the vitamin and nutrient profile of this supplement a lot. As others have noted though, it seems that 1 in every 3 or 4 bottles has leaking capsules, and it can be a bit of an oily mess. The last bottle I got was worse than others. I'll order more, but I sure hope they resolve the leakiness.

My husband loves these vitamins -- they have a great ingredient list, are high quality and easy to swallow despite being a large capsule. Noticed an increase in energy and better overall sleep after switching to this brand from tablet versions of store brands. 10/10 recommend trying it -- we use subscribe and save so we dont run out.

Since my return window closed on June 6 and I’m just opening these in June 14th, leaving this review may be the only way I can get a replacement. I’ve been reliably using this supplement for nearly two years and finally received one of the damaged bottles I’ve heard of. I purchased these in bulk with other NOW supps, so just got to this bottle. I thought I’d still use it, but decided something ‘fishy’ may have spoiled. And, they are very messy once opened. My palms are currently stained orange and I’ll have to work on my sink stains today. NOW, send me a new bottle!

i just want to make everyone aware the pill count says Size: 2160 Count (Pack of 1) but the real size: 180 Softgels. I WISH THEY WOULD CHANGE IT. They work very,very well and when i forget to take it them i feel it i started with the size:90 count then upgraded to the larger size.
