Are these vitamins are good so far the soft palmetto is a generous amount but they are quite large so if you have trouble swallowing larger pills these might be a problem for you but they are gel capsules so they go down pretty easy

Since my return window closed on June 6 and I’m just opening these in June 14th, leaving this review may be the only way I can get a replacement. I’ve been reliably using this supplement for nearly two years and finally received one of the damaged bottles I’ve heard of. I purchased these in bulk with other NOW supps, so just got to this bottle. I thought I’d still use it, but decided something ‘fishy’ may have spoiled. And, they are very messy once opened. My palms are currently stained orange and I’ll have to work on my sink stains today. NOW, send me a new bottle!

While I run and generally stay pretty healthy, my body temp was constantly about 1.5 degrees low. Did blood tests that found nothing and doc wasn't concerned, said it might be a vitamin deficiency. I tried another brand of vitamin first that was great, but it was over $1 per day to take. Since I take the liver supplement, I decided to try this one. So far, so good! I have more energy, my skin color actually looks better, and my body temp is back to normal. I take one with breakfast and one with dinner (it's two pills per day). There are a few things to consider when purchasing. First, make sure you take with food like it says. If you don't, you will burp the flavor of the vitamin, over and over. Not good! Next, be ready for your urine to turn neon yellow and smell like the vitamin. Finally, the pill is HUGE! It's not hard for me to take, but I can imagine for certain people, it will be too much. Outside of that, this is a great vitamin and is a great value.

I've done business, both wholesale buying or just retail with NOW for 50 years. They've always been a very reputable and trustworthy company. Like most vitamin companies, they use 3rd party manufacturers to tablet and encapsulate their vitamins. I don't know if the original family (it mightve been the Richard's) still own it or not, but someone is really cutting corners when it comes to encapsulation. This is really shoddy, accepting this poor quality product from who ever is making them. There's a chance they are being made in India and shipped over here. Also, if stored in really hot warehouse along the way, caps will pop, oozing the liquid all over the insides. The formula for these is one of the best out there, but, frankly it's sleezy to continuing to sell these, after years of complaints from trusting customers. Obviously, they just care about quality any longer, just profits. Hopefully they'll find a professional manufacturer like R.P. Scherer or someone to produce these in the future. If the FDA looked into the sale of these, I don't think they'd be very happy.
