I was happy to find no damage when I opened it and that it was well packaged. Easy to out together, no need to use instructions. Started right up and looks good. I purchased this fire table for my husband for Father's Day and it looks amazing with our other outdoor furniture and is the perfect size. Assembly was extremely easy and the table is very sturdy. It gives off a lot of heat and the flame can be set to your comfort level. I also love the fact that it has a nice cover to put over the table when it is not in use. I would have given this table 5 stars but unfortunately, one of the corners was damaged during shipping. There are plastic pieces on the corners to help protect them but one cut the threads instead. I called the company and they are sending me the Mantel Sheath (the piece that goes all the way around the table) which is extremely easy to take off and put on even after the table is put together. Customer service was great to deal with and my table will be just like new when I put the new piece on. It is the perfect fire table for someone extremely picky like my husband who always says "you get what you pay for". In this case, I scored in both the price and quality. We love it! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This fire table was significantly cheaper than others just like it, which made me a little skeptical. It came in within a couple of days, very well packaged, and extremely easy to assemble. It is beautiful and provides warmth to our patio, when we otherwise wouldn’t be able to tolerate the cold. I got mine and it looks ok, no issues there. I noticed I am missing cover. They have phone number written all over manual. Trying to call, send emails, every day for the past 2 weeks. No response and voice mail box is full. So much for customer support.

We love this fire pit table. It was easy to assemble (1hr) and is well worth the price. Thought it may be built on the cheap due to the price but it is solid and nice.
