I was happy to find no damage when I opened it and that it was well packaged. Easy to out together, no need to use instructions. Started right up and looks good. You should know there is a thermal couple in starter which needs to warm up in order to stay open and for propane to flow.

This fire table was significantly cheaper than others just like it, which made me a little skeptical. It came in within a couple of days, very well packaged, and extremely easy to assemble. It is beautiful and provides warmth to our patio, when we otherwise wouldn’t be able to tolerate the cold. I highly recommend this product. I have shared this link many times, as everyone that sees it loves it.

I purchased this fire table for my husband for Father's Day and it looks amazing with our other outdoor furniture and is the perfect size. Assembly was extremely easy and the table is very sturdy. It gives off a lot of heat and the flame can be set to your comfort level. I also love the fact that it has a nice cover to put over the table when it is not in use. I would have given this table 5 stars but unfortunately, one of the corners was damaged during shipping. There are plastic pieces on the corners to help protect them but one cut the threads instead. I called the company and they are sending me the Mantel Sheath (the piece that goes all the way around the table) which is extremely easy to take off and put on even after the table is put together. Customer service was great to deal with and my table will be just like new when I put the new piece on. It is the perfect fire table for someone extremely picky like my husband who always says "you get what you pay for". In this case, I scored in both the price and quality. We love it!

I was so disappointed in this fire pit. I got it at a great price for a deal of the day, but still not worth it. The wicker was coming off before we even took it out of the box. The glass was chipped in several places. Trying to assemble it was not easy because the machine screws did not all match up easily. I called the manufacturer for replacement parts, but they are not available since it is a new product. After lots of frustration I decided to return it.

We love this fire pit table. It was easy to assemble (1hr) and is well worth the price. Thought it may be built on the cheap due to the price but it is solid and nice.

Love this firepit and it is easy to use. It provides so much warmth and we get so many compliments about it each time someone sees it. It also matches perfectly with dark colored patio furniture. It took some work to assemble, but is study, solid, and great quality! Lots of smores and other fun evening summer nights with this firepit to come!

The product is fairly well made but the wicker was damaged when I opened the box. I’m guessing this is from poor handling during shipping, but it could also be from the inadequate design of corner protectors which were all snapped off or cracked. I repaired the damaged wicker using electrical tape and put the table together. The damage is barely noticeable now. Amazon customer service did offer me a significant refund on this item so I’ve decided to keep it. I purchased this on a deal of the day so only paid $299.99. After the refund I feel like I got a fair deal. The fire table works great so far and assembly was not that difficult. It took me 20-30 minutes with just a small screw gun. Overall I’m happy with the purchase but I think the packaging could be better designed to protect the product. I am glad I did not pay full price for this item. If I had, I would have returned it.
