I have never used one before because often times, the espresso machines are very expensive. I decided to give this one a go. I am relatively new to the espresso gang so this is my noobie's impression. The quality of the machine is very nice and for the price, I am happy with it. The manual is easy to follow and I had to look up how to make espresso's on youtube because I didn't know what to expect from it. It's pretty powerful and makes a delicious shot of espresso. So far, I don't have any problem with it. Will update if there's any issue in the future.

Works well. Simple to follow the instructions. Easy set up. You will need a milk frothing container and expresso cups because the machine doesn’t have enough room to fit coffee cups. You’ll also want to invest in a mat for under the machine because it’s messy and drippy. I have been waiting to make a review to see if there’s anything wrong with the machine but so far I’ve been loving my switch from keurig k-cups to the nepresso pods. This coffee maker/expresso is very tasty and easy to make.

This espresso machine arrived in a timely manner. It comes with everything you need beside the shot glasses and cup to steam the milk. It’s was really easy to set up. I learned how to work it fairly quickly. It’s very easy to clean everything. I’m so happy with this machine. It’s very nice to have high quality coffee at home.
