  • Perfect gaming PC for mid 2K
Size: 5700X|4070 Ti|32GB|512GB NVMe+3TB
Packing was double box and showed up in great shape, small signs of handling and expected. Inside box; the PC was packed correctly. I installed 1 game so far (Farming Simulator 22) and in 4K resolution setting, everything maxed out she just absolutely kills it. No lag, slag or jag. Perfecto. Heat from exhaust fans (on top) are slightly warm at best. Compared to my Xbox Series X …which got quite warm while rendering all the 4K graphics especially in fast motion scenes. I’ll try Forza Horizon 5 next, right now I’m having too much fun on a FS22 16X map that would stutter badly on lesser CPU/Video Card setups. No hiccups whatsoever. I did overkill slightly on this rig, better be safe than sorry and hopefully I’ll be good on new games for a couple of years ;) So I’d Highly recommend this Virginia based computer build/upgrade Company “CUK” or Computer Upgrade King. Cheers guys. KJ ... show more

I purchased the RTX3060TI version last year, and the performance is just good as expected.

Everything about this computer screams precision and class. The build is nothing short of incredible, look and function. Immaculate, lightening fast great airflow and cooling for the CPU AND GPU, brackets to stabilize the enormous graphics card. Just completely blown away. Keep up the great work. • With the Graphic's Card Shortage, CUK really came through here!
Size: 5700X|4070 Ti|32GB|512GB NVMe+3TB
I don't often write reviews, but I figured it would make sense to do so here. It's important to note that I purchased my last Desktop (had a 1080ti in it) back in 2017 from CUK so I trusted them here and they didn't let me down. The model I purchased this time was the desktop version with the 12 gb 3080 ti (FTW3 model came in mine). You can google benchmarks specifically for the 3080ti 12 gb FTW3 model to see how it stacks up against other 3080ts. TL;DR for anyone who doesn't want to read everything: PC arrived on time and I unboxed and set it up. Didn't appear to be a half melted graphics card from a crypto miner (I was legitimately worried about this). PC boots up fast, destroys games in 1440p. I ended up purchasing a 2 gb external SSD for additional storage as my steam library is quite large. Only downside with the PC is that there is very noticeable Coil Whine (if you don't know what that is google it). I have noise canceling headphones and I can still hear the whine through them when gaming or idling which is annoying but still manageable. After doing research, there isn't really much you can do about this as coil whine is natural (especially as graphics cards require more and more power) and you generally hear it more the quieter a PC is. I'll be looking into under-volting the graphics card and setting FPS limits to see if that helps. Pros: - Fast Boot Up - Destroys Games in 1080p and 1440p - Has trays for installing additional SSDs (but you gotta play with the cabling a bit and I didn't want to do that) Cons: - Heats up the room (to be expected with a 3080ti tbh) - L O U D Coil Whine (comes through noise canceling headphones but others can't hear it in Discord which is good) - Meh storage (2gbs is ok but games are pretty big nowadays (50 gb games are pretty common not including patches they may have) and I got spoiled by my 4 tb HD with my last CUK desktop) - You should invest in an external SSD. I purchased a Samsung T5 2 tb SSD and it works great! (I have heard that the T7 models run VERY hot and aren't worth the price point but that's info for another review). Extended Review: Shipping: I received an email from CUK after purchasing that said I'd get the package in 3 days but that seems to be inaccurate. The shipping info listed on the Amazon page is more accurate. It appears that the label was created right a day after my purchase, but the actually shipping doesn't take place for 3 or so days after that (which makes sense because they have to put the computer together and whatnot). Anyways, once it shipped, I got frequent updates from UPS and the package arrived on time. Packaging: The PC was bundled up in lots of packing foam and was well protected. Even if it had been jostled in transit I don't think it would have mattered. Super appreciate the care CUK put into packaging. Gaming: Destroys games at 1080p and 1440p. Only thing that's weird is that sometimes Wallpaper engine will crash (doesn't happen very often, only like 2 or 3 times in the 2 weeks I've had this PC) which never happened with my old i7 7700k (this one has a i9 11900) which should be even better than my old i7 and should not have this issue but anywho. Other than that the PC is a beast and is exactly what I needed since my 1080ti has been showing it's age since the 2080 Super was a thing. I hope this was helpful to anyone who is on the fence. I took a leap of faith with CUK due to them making my last PC and I'm glad I did. Cheers! ... show more

  • Regret Buying
Size: 5700X|4070 SUPER|32GB|512GB NVMe+3TB
I've had such an issue with this pc. I set it up, it listed a Realtek wifi adapter but didn't have wifi. I thought I just maybe it needed to update the drivers, but the drivers for the card that it has listed doesn't work with Windows 11. So I then run the Windows update and that Realtek wifi adapter listing just vanishes. I contact their support but the guy just tells me I should have received a separate USB plug-in wifi adapter, which I did not. I just buy one myself, a tp-link that also adds Bluetooth. When I plug this one in, suddenly the listing for the Realtek adapter is back, but it vanishes if I unplug the tp-link adapter. Since it's doing this, it doesn't let me install the drivers for the tp-link adapter either since it's only finding a "Realtek adapter". So it's not installed correctly and keeps dropping connection. The customer service guy is asking ~me~ where the Realtek adapter is coming from, as if that was not my concern in the first place. It's a huge tower so I'm trying to avoid returning it. The graphics and GPU are decent, and it has room to expand but that's all moot if I can't get it working correctly. ... show more

  • Fast computer but...

It is super fast computer, but it randomly shuts down. Probably it's a lemon, but it would be nice to not have problems.
