  • It's a great rig at this price point.
Size: 12th Gen | No GPU | 32GB | 512GB + 1TB
Arrived when it was supposed to. Got it up and running in no time. Everything works as it should, but it would shut down due to over-heating (with little to no CPU load), I cranked down the screen resolution and updated the BIOS and all the drivers, these issues seem to have gone away (for now). I have read that these normally run hot to begin with, I guess it will keep me warm this winter. The Keyboard with this is decent, not like those flimsy dell keyboards, it has some weight to it, but I'll stick to my Logitech G15 keyboard. Added a RTX 4060 graphics card, it handles pretty much what I can throw at it. I'm only we week in but I'm enjoying a prebuilt machine after decades of Frankenputers. ... show more

  • This thing is a BEAST!!!
Size: 12th Gen | No GPU | 32GB | 512GB + 1TB
I use this mainly for day trading stocks, and the programs I use are big memory and processor users. This thing is night and day compared to my old machine. Is really hard to beat the price! Highly recommend! Other notes: - High quality shipping and boxing (packed very well) - High quality computer case (this thing is solid!) - Even with several fans, it is very quiet - Checked all the parts, and everything installed as advertised So far I'm super happy! ... show more

  • 5 Month Later Review
Size: 14th Gen | 4090 | 64GB | 2TB + 6TB
Have been gaming on this PC for 5 months. No problems. Not a huge fan of the case they chose, but it works. They left a USB3 connector unused on the motherboard, purchased an expansion plate on Amazon to make use of it. I'd say build quality is better than Alienware. Their tech support is responsive and knowledgeable. If you are on the fence about purchasing from them, do it. You will not be disappointed. ... show more

  • Bad RAM, No Burn In?
Size: 14th Gen | 4090 | 96GB | 2TB + 8TB
The paperwork in the box said they tested it, yet it’s been locking up or giving blue screens since I got it. I figured it was the games but I ran the command-line memory tester (the one that restarts the PC and puts you right into the test). What happened? Another blue screen during THAT! Multiple re-installs of Windows that blue-screened during the installs. ... show more

  • Decent Computer
Size: 14th Gen | 4070 | 32GB | 512GB + 2TB
The media could not be loaded. I bought this July of 2022, so figured it was time to write a review. overall a pretty good pc. problems I had on arrival was the hard drive/ssd (I'm not advanced enough to know which of the two) had a unhealthy loud ticking sound. a year later it doesnt show itself unless im installing a game. however, everyday I get an Intel smart notification saying my drive is at risk. another issue is the leds that come with it. I can't control them at all. in the beginning It came as all white, then as a rainbow like effect, I tried changing it to blue to match my setup but no matter how hard I tried to it wouldn't change the color. changed the batteries in the remote and everything. about a month ago the rainbow lights would be there on startup but once I log into my account it would change to red. another thing is it is painfully slow on startup. can't do anything once you first turn the pc on. takes a good 5 minutes before I can even type in my pin to my account, ever after logging in it takes a good minute to get ahold of itself, but after a little bit it goes away and is fast. but overall I'm pretty happy with it. runs everything at ultra settings, 165 hz at 1440p. the video I attached is straight out of the box. ... show more

  • Securely packaged, cables well managed. Whisper-quiet and a beast of a machine.
Size: 14th Gen | 4080 S | 32GB | 1TB + 3TB
The computer arrived in an oversized box with several layers of packaging, including internal packaging to secure all of the components. The only setup required was to open the case to remove the internal packaging (which is just a single piece). Windows 11 was already installed and I just needed to follow the initial setup steps. No bloatware pre-installed as far as I can tell (nothing beyond normal Windows bloatware at least). The transparent case is very cool, as well as the infinity mirror effect on the front and on the side of the internal fans (which are visible via the case window). Cable management is superb, there almost no visible cables from the window except for the pipes for the cooling system. When idle the computer is whisper-quiet, and cranks up to a low hum when gaming. So far I've tried Helldivers 2 and Elden Ring, which both ran buttery smooth at maximum/ultra graphics settings at 2560x1440@144hz via HDMI. TIP: if you're having difficulty connecting bluetooth devices or wifi, make sure you connect the included antenna My only (very minor) complaint is that the included little wifi/bluetooth antenna stand isn't heavy enough, so it tips over easily. ... show more

  • Love it!
Size: 12th Gen | No GPU | 32GB | 512GB + 1TB
Being in IT Support I was gonna build it myself but I decided I was too lazy to research and match parts, ordering and waiting for every part to arrive in order to start building the rig. Came in 3 days later in a box within a box, perfectly packaged with a lot of packaging protection on it. The way they package it, it is very hard to be damaged in transit. Good because case has tempered glass panels. Very well done. It comes with a Quality Control sheet with a checklist of tests and a description of internal parts on it. Details about the warranty and how to contact support just in case of issues. Cable management on the case was handled very well. Windows 11 setup screen at boot as a new install should be. All devices were detected correctly and installed after finishing Win11 setup, no errors at all. Case came with a remote control for the lights with different effects and colors, pretty cool. I like the keyboard, very sturdy with a metal base plate and all the lights from keyboard and mouse match the case. Pretty cool. Super quiet fans. Added a GPU and a couple of SSD drives. Quick and easy! I am very happy with it!! Rig is a beast! ... show more
