    • High quality, Easy install
I received this yesterday and installed it today. No issues at all, easy install. Just a note that there are 2 screws to attach it to the wall but there were no anchors included, so if you are installing into drywall I would recommend that you get some anchors with matching screws to use. Luckily I have those so I used them and it was fine. IMPORTANT: When I opened it I saw that there was a small bag with the 2 screws, the mounting plate and the L shaped wrench. At first I could not find the set screw that holds the paper holder to the bracket (the hole is on the bottom of the paper holder) so I went back and searched and found the set screw loose inside the larger plastic bag the paper holder. was packed in I'm not sure why it was loose in the bag so it's really important to make sure you have all the pieces before you throw any bags or packing materials out on any project. Other than that it is a heavy duty, beautiful piece of hardware, the arm can move up to hold the larger rolls of toilet paper. I love it and it looks great with my matte black towel rings and my 2 new matte black light fixtures! Highly recommend! ... show more

    • Makes changing rolls a breeze!
This was easy and pretty quick to install. It was a good value option, the matte finish works with a western kind of styled bathroom. I appreciate that it rotates out to accommodate the larger "jumbo" sized rolls. Its so much easier to use then the older spring style, especially for older stiff hands. Even my husband changed the rolls now, now more empty tubes on the hanger with the new toilet paper sitting on the side of the bathtub. ... show more

    • Worked good for 6 months until a piece broke
I bought this to use as a towel holder for a hand towel next to the bathroom sink. It looks great and matches our black faucets. It was pretty easy to assemble; we just drilled it into the wall as instructed. It did work perfectly for about the first six months and then the inner piece that keeps the actual towel-holding piece in place came out (it would now move side to side). I tried to live with it but just ended up using a ton of super glue and putting it back in place. It has been a few months and it seems to hold, but I was ultimately a little disappointed in the overall quality. ... show more
