Packaging was scuffed. Most likely due to UPS gorillas handling it like they care. Item could be better packed inside a plain box (no Styrofoam on the edges). Took about 30 minutes to install... Not a fan of hex screws especially with the limited area they go thru but overall raised our bed to a good height instead of the traditional box springs (8-9 inches). ... show more
