I have to say my expectations were low on this, however, it was easier to assemble than I thought it would be and it has been wonderful to sleep on. I am glad that the cover leaves the bottom section open to allow for air flow. I would buy this again.

Packaging was scuffed. Most likely due to UPS gorillas handling it like they care. Item could be better packed inside a plain box (no Styrofoam on the edges). Took about 30 minutes to install... Not a fan of hex screws especially with the limited area they go thru but overall raised our bed to a good height instead of the traditional box springs (8-9 inches). ... show more

This took a ton of time, a couple people, and tools from home to assemble, and the instructions are wrong! If you follow them, you'll put half of it on upside down & have to redo. The actual product quality is fine, but this is NOT easy assembly or no tools. Good luck!
