Just got bought this a couple of weeks ago so can’t speak to long term durability but seems to be good quality material. I travel a lot and wanted a bag that would count as my personal item on plane but with as much storage as I could pack into a compact size. This bag has lots of pockets to keep cords, documents and IDs/passport, etc organized. There is a slot for both a laptop and an iPad (or Kindle🤷🏻♀️). The inner section you could prolly fit 2-3 outfits rolled up and a pair of shoes if other compartments packed full. Another thing I like is the interior fabric (I bought the black bag) is beige which makes finding specific items in bottom of bag easier. My last backpack was black inside and sometimes I would have to take everything out to find things. My only complaint is that the straps don’t stay cinched up while I have it on my back so it hangs lower down on my back. I wish it stayed cinched up as that puts less strain on my shoulders. I do think I could probably find something online or at REI to fix this issue and for price of the bag I am still pleased with my purchase. This backpack is super underrated to me!!! I'm a Junior in college and I've been using a small hershel backpack since high school but it was too small and had little to no room for the stuff I needed to carry. I found this backpack while looking through amazon to find something last minute but I'm so happy with my decision! The bag has multiple compartments that fit so much stuff without making the bag look overextended and bulky. The quality is A1 as well and its waterproof which is an even bigger plus! Its also sturdy enough that it doesn't hurt your back, unlike other brands, which is perfect for walking all over campus. If you want more info on how much I can fit: - front zipper: car & house keys, school ID, hand sanitizer, small brush, travel lotion - second zipper: small tupperwear with lunch, canned drink, utensils - third zipper: two spiral notebooks (30 pages each), spiral agenda, reading book, accordion folder, pencil case - fourth zipper: laptop, laptop charger, usbc hub, usb mouse, ipad, wallet, airpods - side pocket: 32 oz water bottle But you can honestly use each zipper for whatever you need! They all have smaller pockets and zippers inside them as well. Would totally recommend to anyone starting/in college or even for those who travel! Hope this helps! ... show more

When I first received this backpack I knew it would be great for traveling but thought it would be too large for everyday carry. I have since changed my mind. My Mom is in assisted living and it seems every day I am carrying something to her and this makes it perfect. It expands to a very good size but somehow if you don’t have it packed full it collapses down to a smaller size. There are no expansion zippers or anything but the way it rides on your back is kind of amazing. I can’t attest to the durability yet but I’m very pleased so far! ... show more

I am a backpack junkie - I have carried one for over 35 years as a book bag and then as a handbag. I have tried all the really expensive brands (Tumi, Coach, etc). This little backpack is one of the very best I have used. My husband wishes I would have found this sooner and saved a lot of money! The organization is excellent, there are pockets that are very well thought out and placed. I really like the hidden phone pocket for each access and safety. The zippers work well. I have to say it is one of the most comfortable on my back of any I have owned. My only con was that it arrived kind of "smashed" without any filler to help it keep it's shape. I am assuming that is from the manufacturer. It would have been a nice touch to have filler in it to keep the shape. I will definitely buy again. ... show more

I'm really happy with this bag. It's well designed and well laid out - there are so many pockets perfectly sized for anything you need to store. I especially like the "secret" pocket in the back and that it has two water bottle pockets. The color is great, just as pictured. First I would like to say the shipping was incredibly fast! It is so spacious but not too bulky like other backpacks. There are so many pockets which is one of my favorite things about it. Every big zipper has the ability to zip all the way down and creates easy access to my stuff.

I wanted to see if this bag would work well for work related and personal travel combined. The black bag with gold hardware looked classy. The different compartments were well designed with the laptop compartment well padded and spacious and also separate from the other main one. And yet I returned it, albeit reluctantly. The bag was heavier than what I was looking for. The outer water bottle sleeves didn't fit the bottle I use typically use. It would have helped to have a stretchy and deeper water bottle pocket. I also would have preferred a softer fabric for the bag. Overall price point was great, but I have several bags and this one didn't satisfy the criteria I was looking for. ... show more
